WHO'S WOODS THESE ARE? I THINK I KNOW.. THEY BELONG TO THE GUY WHO IS REBUILDING ALL THESE STONE WALLS AND HAS SOME OLD BUCCKETS HANGING ON ON TEH MAPLE TREES -- BUT IN ADDITION HE HAS A POWDER BLUE STRING OF WHAT MUST BE TINY HOSE ALL OVER A WOODS AREA NEAR MERIDITH FARM - DOZENS OF TREES. All. CONNECTED IN A GRAVITY FED BUNCH OF HOSE MUCH LIKE THE INTRAVENIOUS DRIP. WHICH ALL LEAD TO A PALLE T. SIZE. WHITE TUB AFFAIR. AT THE WOODS LOWER END... i have never seen that before. i must go back and study it better.... i could cope witha few buckets. but this is the amazon world of moderization of miles of blue tubing to move...--- of all things.. maple syrup !!
Hello CarlenE i wanted to share the video below with you of Riz saving the day. I had taken my little grandson for a walk in his wagon, but I ran out of steam on a hill and and didn’t have the strength to make it back to my son’s house. I also didn’t have cell service, so I was stuck until someone wondered where we were and came to look for us.In desperation, I tried an old cowpony trick and hitched Riz’s harness to the wagon and asked her to pull....she did without any hesitation and pulled the wagon up hill and home. Obviously she wasn’t trained to do this in service dog training, but the foundational training she had at SDP gave her the ability to listen to what I was asking her to do and doing it... it also demonstrates what a remarkable dog she is! Thank you for the gift of Riz and the difference she makes in my life! Here is the video link https://youtu.be/TIjzWpF3U2U Heidi and Riz
