2 remembers
When you were a kid do you remember dragging your feet along the floor and then going touching something metal and having a spark and wasn't that fun .OK second remember .Would you happen to remember the episode of the mythbusters...where they had heard that women should not pump gas if they were wearing silk underwear because they might produce a spark which was set off the films of the gas pump and they tried everything including an artificial female lower half with legs that would rub each other wearing silk underwear and they could not produce enough spark to set off a gas pump although I don't know whether they ever gave up on that topic I'm sure they individually also tried various underwear bits at any rate it is possible to produce a spark in lots of different ways one of the ways around here are the fluffies that are very popular and we love them and there are wonderful to wash and things like that but if you rub them you can collect enough electricity to cause a spark ..it's a little one and it doesn't hurt but it is alarming especially if you're a young puppy ..
now let's consider the fact that you've been taught to hold your hand out so puppy can sniff it and all of a sudden you're loaded with electricity and use at the puppies nose when he tries to be friendly but the bad situation all round and it is a situation that is current if you watch our older dogs which I just tried with sizzle she will turn her head sideways so you can scratch the side of her face so this is something I would like to have people really take into consideration .. just as yesterday we had a situation well the dog was telling us that he really wanted to run for awhile and not be put in a container of any kind even if it was a car I think we have quite a few dogs around here whose noses are getting zapped which is teaching them not to stick their noses out and be friendly and I think we are doing it with the zapping
so the entire younger generation has been taught to sticek their hand out so the dog can smell it when in fact if the truth be known the dog could smell you probably a quarter of a mile away so there's no need to stick your hand out and if you look at it from the dogs point they're probably sag I wonder why these humans do such strange things like sticking your hand out to shock my nose
(unintended dictation as I talked to sizzle about getting on my be.... she is feeling much better...)
go ahead you can get up there you can get up there yeah there you go down that's good girl alright don't pull it up just lie down ...Why don't you look at my pillow because that would put your rear end the other way which is a preferable way for people to sleep and dogs don't pull that cotton quilt it's such a handy size to cover where you usually sleep
Continuing on with the why on earth do people do X ** ** ** I wonder if the fresheners that we put in the dryer which are supposed to help with static cling R totally repugnant to the dogs so although we think they smell sweet I wonder what the dog thinks of them which brings to mind the febreze commercials 100 years ago back when I was trying to breed one of the females from my very first litter --and I was having trouble finding and ice harlekin stud because many akc breeders would only breed to a champion female which has its virtual in theory at least but it certainly fills up the showring and necessitate's traveling hundreds of miles trying to do what's known as getting a championship on X ** ** they make it easy I'm told by holding at least two different shows at one location in one weekend so that you can get the required number of shows a little bit easier it is a very complicated calculation which I don't understand I found an easier way to get blue ribbons which was go to the little blue ribbon the store and by 100 of them for $0.15 each .. and put him on the wall in the barn in Lynnfield AKA the original crazy acres at any rate my concept of acquiring blue ribbons was not popular with the general AKC community ..but I had to reconsider the whole thing because I knew what I wanted to have in a dog and I did not always like or approve of what the grand champion looked like generally they were taller and thinner and Brown ..having had quarterhorses in my life and having heard the Amish people say that a good work animal or husband has leg half his height which is why the Amish people generally have Belgian draft horses as opposed to the fancy clydesdales with their long fancy legs.. I don't know about their husbands ..so I started looking for an acquiring breeding stock mostly from Europe because I had this akc problem of not having a grand champion female .finally arriving to the situation where Bentley is exactly 32 inches tall with a 16 inch leg and a knowledgeable AKC judge has caused him a piece of junk well in the showring he probably would be but he's a damn fine sire of many service dogs ..
There was one other discussion I was going to have about that concept and nearly forgot how did I decide 32 inches was the correct height and what does that have to do with George Bush's crotch I'll try and make it quick I had heard the Amish story before... so started with noticing a picture of George Bush walking out to the microphone and his hand was level with his inseam so I then had to figure out what is the most a common inseam measurement of men because we were focused on helping veterans mostly men I stood around with my tape measurer in my hand for a very long time and tried to figure out how one found the most common inseam measurement without embarrassing a lot of people turns out the Mens blue jeans at Costco were all neatly arranged in piles and the 32 inch pile was the most common or at least the hyest pilows which I assume was the most common of course it could have been the least common purchased any rate I went with Costco ordered more 32 inch than anything else and that's how I decided a 32 inch dog was probably a good size
.I better get back to work today -- it is pie day. aka pi day.. or 3.15----- mathmatically 22/7. which is the relationshi[p of the circumference and diameter of a circle
