gwen ( daughter early riser from NC. )gave me the overnight airline news report—1 plane was. diverted overnight— because someone had diarrhea ( not sure how that was “noticed”.). But it was declared a bio hazzard so that plane was landed ?in atlanta? The second problem was a dirtyseat—which the passenger refused to sit in because the chunks of vomit were still visable in spite of the staff trying to clean it up with coffee and air freshner.
So the pilot made them get off.
Janine is flying today down to do a walk thru and sign off on her new house in atkin, SC For some reason I am concerned about the flight... could be i had the tv on as I slept and heard the vomit story....
From national radar.. no rain in sight ! right now rain is terribly expensive......in this clean out and throw away whatever we have in the dump trailer will get considerably heavier—and when it absorbs rain it gets heavier on the dump scale...last load was $330 to unload....heaven forbit it should contain a mattress—which is now an additional $75 to get rid of.
So as I dig in every closet...... I have to say “who spent what money on this”. Or more. important “ who worked how long to make the money to buy this”. Which brings me to the child saying “ but mom everyone has these $199 sneakers to play football.” and absolutely no thought to how many hours mom has to work to give the kid the $199 which he will outgrow in 8 months. And furthermore I personally would not allow my kid to play American football—where there may be one or two really talented sports people and 10 who offer themselves as violent objects to be shoved about and possibly sustain lifetime injuries... I am glad to see the advertizers swing to soccer—particularly women in sports... I can see we americans are being trained to re-think- and about time too...
I REMEMBER.... high school. Girls basketball—we were not allowed to run full court and had to stop at the center line. – the reason being we might cause injury to a specific piece of tissue... which needed protection at all costs----- I speak truth.... but that was also when polio was caused by drinking cold water after running.
IN DIGGING OUT CLOSETS... I found a 4” piece of pvc stuffed with dowels—carefully labeled “practice tipi building” so I need to get that info to the veteran guy--- ELIZABETH?????? I THREW THE PVC UNDER THE PRACTICE TIPPI ON THE DRIVEWAY CAN YOU PASS THAT ON TO ???DR XXX. SO HE CAN PLAY WITH IT.
