TODAYS TOPIC... HAPPILY ....FOOD.... I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL OF THESE "EATING" PLANS-- TRYING FOR  HEALTHY FOOD,SIMPLY WITH VIRTUALLY NO PREP OR CLEAN UP. ------
WE BETTER WAIT FOR A FEW MORE REPORTS, BUT LAST NIGHT I HAD  SIMPLE SALMON WITH GREEN BEANS ABND COUS COUS WITH A FEW CARROTS.. AND EVERYTHING WAS COOKED PERFECTLY--
DELIVERED IN PLASTIC  BOILING BAG -- WHICH. IS ALSO MICROWAVE-ABLE..   SOOOOO... SO FAR....  REAL EATS  SEEMS TO FIT THE BILL---  STAY TUNED.... THERE ARE SEVERAL OF TEH STAFF WHO REALLY DO NOT WANT TO COOK... OR ANYTHING RESEMBLING COOKING.  SO WE WILL BE EATING OUR WAY THRU THIS BOXFULL....  WHICH ARRIVED WITH  LUMPS OF FROZEN  ICE STILL FROZEN...   THIS OUTFIT ALSO GIVES YOU THE CALORIC CONTENT. ... WHEN YOU LOOK OVER THE MENU...

FURTHER FOOD TOPIC.... ANN DROVE ME TO THE DR.... AND SHE  NOT ONLY -- IS FROM DENMARK------SPEAKS 7 LANGUAGES PERFECTLY,--- BUT IS A  WEALTH OF INFORMATION NOT USUALLY FOUND ON  AMERICAN BROADCASTING..... AND SHE TELLS ME.......
THERE IS A WAY THAT  IN RESTAURANTS------STEAKS ARE COOKED TO A CERTAIN "DONE NESS".  BY BEING BAGGED IN ONE OIF THOSE VACUUM BAGS... BOILED...  FROZEN...  THEN FLIPPED ON THE GRILL-- BOTH SIDES  AND WITHIN SECONDS  LOOKS PERFECT AND IS DONE TO AN EXACT "DONENESS..."   SOMEHOW THIS SOUNDS LIKE UTOPIA COOKING. TO ME.....     DOES ANYONE KNOW THE DETAILS????

I AM ALL READY TO BE TIRED TODAY....  AMY PROMISED.... AFTER THE 4TH SHOT SHE WIPED OUT FOR 24 HOURS... SO I AM GOING BACK TO BED AND DREAM OF PERFECTLY DOGS STEAKS AND NOTHING TO CLEANUP !!
