PROBLEM OF THE DAY....CHINA
who wodda thunk.... that the current news woudl ahave anything to do with donkey feedbags, ... but ups tells me they are stuck in kentucky because of "government regulations"
they have been from china-- to korea-- to alaska-- to kentucky where they sit.... ups....
1ZYW90996795440876-- so when i finally got thru the 800 number.. apparently they are labeled pet treat bags.. so the usda is afraid they contain agri products... so they must inspect...
how long??? can take up to 60 days. which would take us just beyond christmas...

so lets go back to worrying about next years calendar--- no not 2019... that is at the printer... but 2020 we go thru this every year -- we get brilliant ideas... which get forgotten and we are coming down to the wire.... the year will present us with real life situations which would make great calendar photos... if only we could remembeer them
already this morning i had 2 and am now back to only 1 in my head.

today 6:50 7:20-- dogs are barking--- looking for breakfast---
yesterday it was teh 5:59 massacre of 3 chickens who "lost their heads" literally - probably to a raccoon-- lots of barking - and not a thing i could do about it. some one called 6:00-- very aNGRY "I HAVE BEEN UP THE WHOLE NIGHT BECAUSE OF YOUR DOGS" -- WELL I Hd been up from about 2 to a very quiet night until all hell broke loose at 5:59 ish... when our dogs got blamed for someone's whole night of insomnia...

lacking any cut and paste.... ( come no guys.....

how can i prove we are a farm??? we had a tree fall across teh driveway, and before 24 hours somebody ( actually 2 peopel) cut it up into 18 " lumps and landed it by the splitter... a regular household woudl have called a tree guy for $500 to do that... and then the insurance company would have paid $387 of that $500.. so i don't see why we don't run that flag up the pole and see who salutes it.
***
speaking of that--- our 1/2 staff flag debate is picking up with studies of the droop factor as related to the 1/3 -- and thing s like that...

and so it goes
