MAR 2 2018
most exciting not of teh day... so far ---  eric got the check which payed for the 1/2 hour very professional video of craazy acres and sdp.. .. which   ward will hoppefully duplicate for us--- it starts with the only picture of me i ever liked....from high school days-- diving off the rocks into a quarry just north of newburgh ny --- even my toes are pointed...-- the video goes on with several recipients, how we raise and train the pups-- it really is not bad...  eric, a videographer from nyc did it...- the reaso i am so excited abotu his getting the check is that we overnighted the check last thursday and it took a week to get from boston to ny. - that is where the name "snail mail" came from..
and now i have to get money to germany before the transport march 7--- frankfurt  to boaston- landing here aT 1:05  SO YOU CAN STARt  the flight tracker... abnd get ready...
****
today's challange - send moent for the pup and shipping from bank accounts that are slightly confused-- or at least confusing to me...
i try and keep  a very small amt in an account attached to the inbternet/paypal- for buying funny things off ebay- so now... i need to transfer money for the pup ( i usually buy the pups myself- and then donate them to sdp-)  mostly becaus  of my distrust of having paypal or credit cards attached to  any of teh large quantities of money which can be in the SDP account when we get some grant or another...-- so i need to transfer a bunch of money FROM MY SAVINGS TO PAYPAL -- for the pup and the petair travel- should be simple--however last auuguist the bank closed and opened all my and sdp accounts  6 of them-- which made for 12 account numbers  now double the 3 credit  cards attached to them-- anotehr 6 sets of numbers- that's 18, but who's counting...??  so why not shut down the dead ones???  because --  there are a couple people who have  monthly donations  automatically donated to  the sdp fun fund  account--- and my ssa ia direct deposit into another OF my "old" checking  account.. i am usually fine with all that  if i can daily access the online to look at everythig--but the bank told me i was not animalepisodes anymore because it didn't remember i went to west street school- or that my mothersn maiden nalm was not speeled correctly.
you get the picture.
( remember --- i could not choose the security question of "when was your mother's birthday?"  because as one of god's little wedding presents , she had 2 of those-- one for real, one for show)
+++++
next concern..... shirt spilling ---- judy-- who flies all over at the drop of a hat... went to visit a very old friend in ?arizona? -- over 90-- drove him around.-- she took him to dinner and things like that... she is super energy.. - especially with us old people....and she made some commment about when she trys to get one of her "old friends" dressed up she incidently mentioned  has to check the front of  clothing  for odd bits of food...
this has made me very aware of slurping  coffee at an early hour when the cup is very full and i am  still de-caffeeneated.

LOOK AT THIS HANDSOME BOY BEING SO GOOD AT THE DR TODAY. BELLA SAW DR KARLIN TODAY. SHE HAD THE 2 STITCHES IN HER NECK REMOVED. SHE WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL. SHE WAS VERY NERVOUS AND SAD. I FOUND OUT THAT SHE WAS SCARED BECAUSE SHE COULDN’T SEE WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THAT MADE HER SCARED. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THAT. SHE HAD ANOTHER SET OF X-RAYS DONE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS STILL ON FOR 18 DAYS TO REMOVE THE HALO. HE IS GOING TO MEET WITH THE BRACE SHOP TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WILL BE PUT ON ONCE THE HALO IS OFF. HE ISN’T SURE IF IT WILL BE JUST A NECK BRACE OR SOME LESS INVASIVE HALO TYPE THING THAT CAN BE REMOVED FOR SHOWERS. THE HARD THING WITH A NECK BRACE IS HER NECK IS SO SHORT THAT IT MIGHT NOT FIT SO WE WILL SEE. BUT LET ME TELL YOU I WILL BE VERY HAPPY TO GET RID OF THE HAIR WASHING SET UP! 2 BOWLS, A PILLOW TO LAY ON, A WATER PROOF MAT, AND THEN WASH THE HAIR AND HER FACE. IT’S A PROCESS FOR SURE. I CAN’T WAIT UNTIL SHE CAN JUST GO IN THE SHOWER AGAIN AND I AM SURE SHE CAN’T WAIT EITHER. OFF TO TUCK BELLA IN SINCE SHE HAS HAD A LONG STRESSFUL DAY. GEORGE WAS AMAZING AND DR KARLIN LOVES HIM. SAYS GEORGE IS ONE OF HIS 3 FAVORITE DOGS .
THANKS FOR ALL THE LOVE AND SUPPORT.
LOVE BELLA AND GEORGE

DEAR CARLENE,
SEAGRAM AND I HAVE ENJOYED THE RELATIVELY WARM WEATHER BY GOING ON SEVERAL BEACH WALKS. THIS IS PERFECT FOR US, SINCE SHE WORKS TO HELP ME WALK TO THE BEACH, AND THEN SHE GETS TO “GO FREE” ONCE THERE. THE INTERESTING PART IS THAT EVEN WHEN I REMOVE HER VEST AND LEASH, SHE STAYS CLOSE (IN CONTRAST TO MY FIRST RESCUE DOG, WHO CAME TO US WITH THE NICKNAME “ONE-WAY SAM.” HE WAS A LAB THAT LOVED BIRDS, FOOD, ETC — AND WENT AFTER THEM WITH GREAT ENTHUSIASM).

AT THE BEACH, SEAGRAM MAY WANDER A BIT TO SNIFF, BUT SHE NEVER GOES FAR AND IS ALWAYS WATCHING ME. SHE RETURNS FREQUENTLY, LOOKING UP AT ME LIKE, “YOU’RE OK, RIGHT?” (I MANAGED TO CAPTURE HER SWEET EXPRESSION IN A PICTURE THAT SHOULD COME THROUGH WITH THIS EMAIL.) WE WALKED ON THE BEACH, WHICH IS FAIRLY ROCKY, AND SHE KEPT ME STEADY AS USUAL, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT EASY GOING. AT ONE POINT, I LEANED OVER TO GIVE SEAGRAM SOME RUBS, AND WAS ABOUT TO PUT HER VEST BACK ON, BUT I LOST MY BALANCE. OF COURSE SHE CAUGHT ME AND KEPT ME FROM FALLING — EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS NOT IN VEST YET. I JUST HUNG ONTO HER AND SHE REACTED TO SUPPORT ME, WITHOUT ANY COMMANDS (THERE WASN'T TIME). SHE JUST KNOWS WHAT TO DO AND IS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT SHE IS IN VEST.

THIS BEACH TIME WAS EXTRA SPECIAL FOR US, SINCE I REINJURED MY BACK A MONTH AGO. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO WALK, AND FOR WEEKS, I HAD NUMBNESS GOING DOWN MY LEG. SEAGRAM WORKED EXTRA HARD TO HELP ME AS I RECOVERED FROM THIS. IN ADDITION TO KEEPING ME STEADY, SHE MANAGED TO MAKE ME LAUGH SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, USUALLY WITH HER ANTICS IN THE YARD — RUNNING ZOOMIES, ROLLING IN THE GRASS, AND SO ON. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR MY SMART, HELPFUL, SOMETIMES SILLY BUT ALWAYS SWEET GIRL!! THANK YOU TO YOU AND EVERYONE WHO PLAYED A PART IN MAKING HER AN AMAZING DOG!!
