MO IS DOING WELL... VERY WELL... SHE EVEN LOOKS BE TTER TOO...STILL SHEDDING... FLYS ARE STARTING IN.. SO TODAY I WILL GET MORE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN TEH SOCKS PROGRAM-- SHE IS A THINKER... AND DOES NOT RUSH INTO DECISIONS... BRYAN -- EQUINE DVM-- SAID HE THOUGHT SHE WEIGHED 1400 POUNDS WHEN HE TREATED HER-- SHE IS GAINING..ON HER SPECIAL DIET OF ALL THE NORMAL --- SWEET FEED AND TIMOTHY HAY.---...PLUS ALFALFA CUBES AND BIG TIME VITAMIN E ( WITHOUT SELENIUM) -- AND ABOUIT 3 POUNDS OF CARROTS ----MY KIDS NEVER HAD SUCH SPECIAL DIET CONSIDERATIONS... WITH THEM IT WAS--"GO OUT TO THE GARDEN AND EAT RAW PEAS FOR 5 MINUTES THEN COME IN THE HOUSE FOR A CHICKEN LEG" -- HEY... IT WORKED...
SO BACK TO MO. I HAVE HAD AN AWFUL LOT OF DONKEYS.. AND MARY WAS TEH MOST INTERESTING ANIMAL I EVER DEALT WITH-- BAR NONE ! --- I AM SEEING POSIBILITIES WITH MO...- SOMEBODY DID A VIDEO OF MINDY TRYING TO GIVE MO A HARD TIME YESTERDAY- AND I CAN SEE MO'S THOUGHT PROCESS "EATING GRASS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ARGUING WITH THAT IDIOT CANINE......IF I DON'T MOVE SHE WILL LOSE INTEREST" AND SHE DID..
THE FIRST "BOOT" I PUT ON HER CAUSED HER TO TROT OFF ABOUT 30 FEET THEN DROP HER HEAD AND STUDY IT-- AFTER THAT I GOT THE OTHER FRONT ONE ON AND EVEN DID THE BACK ONES WITHOUT HER MOVING... NO HALTER.. JUST TELL HER WHAT TO DO... AND SHE KNOWS WHOA... SHE IS LEARNING MORE.. REMEMBER WHEN SHE CAME , SHE WOULD COW KICK DIRECTLY AT YOU IF YOU TOUCHED HER BACK LEGS--- I DID NOT WORRY AT ALL ABOUT CRAWLING AROUND HER BACK LEGS-- AND AT MY AGE I DON'T MOVE VERY FAST-- BUT I WAS 99% SURE THE ONLY THIONG I HAD TO WORRY ABOUT WAS ONE OF THOSE BIG GREY BLACK 1+ INCH LONG BITING FLYS... I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY YET THIS YEAR.. WHEN ONE WOULD LAND ON MARY'S BACK KIDNEY AREA WHERE SHE COULD NOT REACH IT SHE WOULD COME RUNNING FOR ME TO SMACK IT FOR HER.... THEY AE TOUGH.. A SMACK WOULD ONLY STUNN IT AND I HAVE TO APPLY A HEAVY FOOT TO ELIMINATE THE DARN THING. IF MARY COUDL NOT GET TO ME SHE WOULD FLOP DOWN AND ROLL FRANTICALLY TO GET RID OF IT... THEY HURT .
I ONLY SEE ONE OR TWO OF THSE A YEAR-- AND I FIGURE IF I KILL IT, I SHOULD BE REDUCING THE POSIBILITY OF AN INCREASED POPULATION OF THEM.
I DID NOTICE...... MO CAME ALL THE WAY THRU THE T-TENT AND WENT INTO THE G-TENT-- IT WAS HOT... AND I HOPE SHE WENT IN THERE JUST TO INVESTIGATE.. BUT I GOT BAD VIBES WHEN SHE WALKED ACROSS THE YARD FROM TH EPUPPY HILL AREA TO THE G- TENT - AND VERY SHORTLY TURNED AROUND AND WENT BACK TO PUPPY HILL..
THIS HAS PANIC'D ME-- AND I BET I HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO ALL YOU CP'S WHY I AM WORRIED......... MARY WAS VERY TIDY ABOUT HER BATHROOM HABITS... AND WOUL D ONLY "GO" IN 3 DEFINITE PLACES AROUND THE FARM-- I CERTAINLY DON'T MIND IF MO DECIDES TO USE THE G- TENT TO MOVE HER BOWELS--- BUT.... YOU CITY FOLK HAVE NOT WATCHED THE QUANTITY OF FLUIDS WHICH CAN BE PRODUCED FROM A DRAFT HORSE-- AND THE STENCH IS STENCH...WE WOULD HAVE TO TRRY AND DIG IT OUT.
****
I DO HAVE A DRAFT HORSE/ URINE STORY FROM ANIMAL EPISODES...- DUKE-- A 2000 POUND PERCHERON AND ONE OF MY MINI DONKEYS ON STAGE AT A THEATER IN BOSTON... FIRST PROBLEM WAS I GOT 3 PARKING TICKETS AT ONCE FROM THE BIG HORSE TRAILER/TRUCK THEY TOLD ME TO PARK IN FRONT... I WAS ON ONE SIDE OF THE STAFE WITH THE DONKEY AND I COULD SEE LINDA MURPHY ON THE OTHER SIDE WITH DUKE.. AS WE WAITED FOR THE MOMENT... THERE WAS A SKUFFLE AND MAD ACTIVITY AROUND DUKE-- WHICH I COULD N'T UNDERSTAND ACROSS THE STAGE-- I KNEW DUKE WAS PERFECT BEHAVIOR-- HOWEVER.... THE SKUFFLE WAS HE STARTEDD TO PEE -- THE CLOSEST THING TO GRAB HAD BEEN MY NEW LLBEAN WINTER JACKET UNTIL SOMEONE GOT A SCRAP BASKET UNDER THE DELUGE. THE PERFORMANCE WE NEEDED TO DO WENT OFF FINE.... BUT
THAT JACKET HUNG OUTSIDE FOR OVER A YEAR BEFORE I WORE IT AGAIN...

From Bella's Mom:
Well I officially have a couple of 7th grades! Passing with honors to boot. Of course I also have a Junior which is a bit scary. But bella and George had a great last day of school. They came home with all his fluffys plus an extra bed. His bigger bed the custodian said that he will keep it in his office and then have it
in his room next year. I have to say they are pretty amazing at this school! So after school we went and got a quick lunch with our little friend Bea who asked if she could please come pick up Bella and George at school. Then tonight we had a wonderful night. Had dinner as a family and then went to visit some
friends who had a group over. So it was a great way to start the summer! Get ready for wonderful adventures of Bella and George to come! Have a wonderful night and thank you for saying hi! Love Bella and George 👧🏼🐶💕
