Boy do banks come in handy at times----- much as I am not a favorite of working to support someone who does not work--- (like pick and shovel “work”)   they do come in handy at record keeping.  When all else fails... which I do often... I can recreate a lot with my online bank statements.

That does not stop me from being annoyed add banks charging 39% in some peculiar way on somebody's charge card.. and then they twist your arm to take a charge guard which I didn't want and next time I remember and have a pair of scissors in my hand I will cut it up because I've known for creative bookkeeping..

Now on the topic of my leaking leg turns out... that is a rather serious problem... after I stopped being amazed and the fact that the lower portion of my pant leg look like Jimmy had lifted his leg on it and my sock was full of water or at least what looked like water I did look it up online and found out that this was not to be taken lightly.. so on Sunday very delightful new volunteer sue drove me to the urgent care facility of Leahy where with no one in the lobby and no one in the waiting room I was told they weren't seeing anymore patients that day urgent or not and I should go to the emergency room that seemed to be a generic answer and since sue was a nurse she thought maybe it could wait at least one day so I did that and Judy took me to the emergency room first thing in the morning so I beat the crowd and was I think their first patient Where I went through blood work and X-rays and ultrasounds and cat scans and they decided I had a blood clot in my leg but it didn't seem to be anywhere else at the moment and I should take all these syringes home and learn how to shoot myself.. which should not be a problem. except

I figured I'd just stick the needle in my leg twice a day which is what's prescribed... but a nurse in casually passing as she stuck me in the back of my arm said that that my leg was the wrong kind of tissue but since nobody came to explain it to me I have not given myself a second shot yet because I don't understand this tissue business when the medication clearly says subq...  so I have a few more things to figure out this morning and that is the full report and on we go.

Well.. well don't sit too long and don't stand too long. was the advice. now that could be a problem..

Other than that not much will change...hopefully

Eliz and nick have imported a shipping container—in the parking pit.. lerfect place—but ALSO..... the thing is a dressed up version... door at both emnds and epoxy floor.... and daughter gwen said they are using these to make pretty nice living “containers”. Which are about the same square footage at many appartments in manhattan...  OR DID I HEAR ABOUT THEM IN TOKYO???

I KNOW SOMEONE IN BOSTON IS RAISING LETTUCE IN THEM....---  and marihuana -----now if I could just raise hay....

I did try that once with an old refrigerator back when my kids were under 10 yeaars old... I was 100% successful in producing a smelly moldy mess that was difficult to unload anywhere.... but I had the right idea... just not the correct % of chlrox I guess..   but I found that as soon as I tried to get advice about raising hay—everyone assumed it was raising pot,

The reason--- and this is the FYI of today.... a race horse gets ----on paper one year older every January 1st---that means if you're baby horse is born in November it is legally a year old one month later that's the Jockey Club for you----so when it goes to racing this one year old would be racing against two year olds or three-year olds whatever-- the game is to try and get your mare to fall in January or February so it would then be one of the older ones in any race you put them in...  well to predetermine delivery you need to adjust when the sperm got there ... therein lies the problem.. now rumor has it that what brings the mare into heat is green grass and not much of it just a few handfuls of green grass is supposed to start a mare thinking of reproduction..  so I had seen these things about growing grass so the cats on the counter can eat green grass.. and I tried to replicate that with an old refrigerator and trays of miscellaneous fluids etc... it didn't work so my mare came into heat along about in may or June...

the other FYI. is that a mare will come back in heat about 10 days after she has a foal..  that means that if you managed to hit that right by the time she's had six or seven folds it her delivery date is going to creep on through the spring... nature 's way of shutting it down.

so much for the lessons of today how about that
