And teh calendar... we have Kathy working on that...2 big things happening today... the floor of the food storage container should arrive—and it is hopefully cut to fit so we can just slide it in place til someone comes along to screw it down.... ?like it is gonna float away???? Especially if the purina delivery arrives.... it should end up with eight pallets of dog food sitting on it and it itself I think is 160 pounds per sheet 4 by 8 and there should be five of them space space I don't know how you do that.. space space------ second delivery today should be a 2 foot wide magnet did that to drag around the ground and pick up loose nails or any other metal piece especially in what we call the Tanners barn out behind the arena... so we can quickly put up a wall and have two stalls for janine's arrival tomorrow with an overloaded horse trailer two horses +too mini horses... couple donkeys. edit and apparently one of them is a mammoth Jack. IE boy donkey--- big time which is a little bit of a worry.. the stud donkey I had when I was driving the 8 hitch was the most reliable donkey I could have owned and being out front of the hitch he was the one that everybody ran to and patted his head and he was so good .... I have in my life. add a I had a couple boy donkeys that were not so good.. and what they're inclined to do is bite and hang on.. so I'm a little worried about this Jack coming in... however it's easily cured by Brian parrot and a sharp knife.
Matt. sould be around to help today and I hope so. Chuck and bud. we're around yesterday. remove to move that 12 foot long 6 by 6 and plant it in the back of the stall in the Tanner barn. with one nail holding it up at the moment it'll do fine as soon as we get a few other things attached to it... the students last week dug a hole for it which is all of two foot deep... so let us pray.
having no hitch on my new car is a problem... i can not just hook up and go buy big things... like lumber......
Did I just discover. the the connection with all Whole Foods and Amazon? I was wandering around Whole Foods. search searching for broccoli and bacon salad which is very good and I put 2 pounds of it in my shopping cart and then I put a few more things in my shopping cart and found that if I click the right button I would be charged an extra $9.95 and the stuff would arrive within two hours... we are not next door to Whole Foods... has to be 8 to 10 miles away in Beverly. and I was doing this online at about 6:30... one more button to push and they would have had that broccoli salad there at sometime between 8:00 and 10:00 PM. it was all just a sequence of buttons to push with very very few buttons to push to get rid of it and delete it... which I finally managed to do but I think today I'm going to try and see what happens price of gas being what it is 995 is not an awful lot to pay for a round trip of eight to 10 miles the go pick it up.. and they do certainly have good broccoli bacon salad but the concept of anybody sending a taxi out here with two pounds of salad for 995 kind of blows my mind.... But remember I once thought it crazy for anyone to spend money driving water around.
The paper bags at Whole Foods are carefully labeled with that :) of Amazon so whatever delivery system Amazon has they've now attached it to Whole Foods... gotta try that today....
