MY PUPPY DAWG   IS DOING VERY WELL IF NOW EVERYONE WILL LEAVE HER ALONE  -- THAT IS THE PROBLEM.. WELL ----ONE OF THEM... THEY GET TOO MUCH ATTENTION FROM EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE  SO THEY LOOK FOR THE HAPPY DISTRACTION...

THIS IS WHY YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PAT A  WORKING SERVICE DOG -- NOT ONLY IS IT DISTRACTING AT THE MOMENT, BUT THEN THE DOG BEGINS TO THINK EVERYONE IN THE CHECKOUT LINE IS JUST WAITING TO PAT THEM .... WHICH IS USUALLY TRUE.. THAT IS WHY... INTERACTION WITH STRANGERS-- OR ANYONE ELSE WHILE IN HARNESS IS FROWNED ON...

AS FOR THE WISE GUY WHO GETS TOLD  "NO PLEASE DON'T PAT" AND COMES BACK WITH THE NEGATIVE.... "WHY ... DOES HE BITE?"-- I HAVE STARTED ANSWERING   "NO, HE SPITS"  WHICH CAUSES THE CORRECT REACTION...  WHATEVER WORKS.

PROBLEM IS--- EVERY PERSON WHO IS TRYING TO BE CHEERFUL AND CLEVER..... SAYS "HAVE YOU GOT A SADDLE FOR THAT HORSE?"  DOES NOT REALIZE WE HAVE ALL HEARD THAT A GAZILLION TIMES.
I DON'T GIVE THEM THE SPIT ROUTINE--- THEY ARE CHEERFUL AT LEAST.... IT IS THE GUY WHO TAKES THE NEGATIVE ROAD OF " YOUR DOG MUST  BITE"  THAT GETS MY  DANDER UP.

DANDER---  I HAVE ALOT OF DANDER TO GET UP.... 
 THE BUILDING INSPECTOR SAID THE DOG BUILDING IS NOT A HOUSE SO IT HAS TO BE COMMERCIAL...  AND WAS SO INSISTANT THAT HE  PLAIN LEFT AND COULD NOT TELL ME WHY... IN TH E MIDDLE OF THIS FARM. WE HAVE ONE DOG HOUSE CONSIDERED COMMERCIAL...  AND SINCE IT IS  LABELED  COMMERCIAL, THAT IS WHY I/WE.... MUST SPEND $19,000 ON A PLUMBING SYSTEM WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN DONE FOR UNDER $200- IT IS NOT THE CRANNEY COMPQNY FAULT-- THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE TOLD TO DO BY... THE SYSTEM...

WHAT WORRIES ME  IS WHY COMMERCIAL?  ARE THEY ABOUT TO SAY THE WHOLE PLACE IS COMMEERCIAL SO THEY CAN RAISE MY TAXES AND TRY AND  FORCE ME TO SELL TO A DEVELOPER???
THEYY'RE GONNA HAVE  TROUBLE WITH THAT...... BUT THE CONCEPT HAS HAPPENED FAR TOO OFTEN.  I HAVE BEEN THIS ROAD BEFORE....

FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.... I WAS LUCKY TO BE BORN INTO A FARM FAMILY--AND THOSE  FARM  FIELDS GREW INTO WHAT IS NOW  DEAD CENTER OF  NEW ROCHELLE N.Y.     PURE LUCK-- I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH CHOOSING MY PARENTS... IT IS ...NEXT TO CHAPPAQUA -WHERE THE CLINTONS LIVE  --OUR FAMILY LOST  ONE FIELD AFTER ANOTHER DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT BEGAN TO BE TAXED AS COMMERCIAL PROPERTY- THE ONLY REASON SDP EXISTS IS  THE LAST PIECE ... ¾ AN ACRE.... - LITERALLY DEAD CENTER-  WAS SAVED BY MCDONALDS- RESTAURANT-- AND THAT RENT IS WHAT STARTED SDP.  (AND LOOKS LIKE IT WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR  THE ^%&*()_*&^%$  PLUMBING.) 

HOW SO  McDs?? ---  TEH  PROPERTY   HAD BEEN A GAS STATION --  SINCE 1917- WHEN THEY  USED TO POUR USED OIL DOWN THE STORM DRAIN-- NOW THEY HAVE TO HIRE A COMPANY WHICH PICKS IT UP.. AND THEN THEY POUR IT DOWN THE STORM DRAIN... HOWEVER...IT SMACKED OF "CONTAMINATION" TROUBLE--- AND McD'S WAS TERRIFFIC- AND THEY WANTED A LEASE..  THEY OFFERED TO PAY THE TAXES UNTIL THEY COULD GET THE RESTAURANT OPEN-- AND TAKE THOSE TAXES OUT OF FUTURE RENT...  OTHERWISE WE WOULD HAVE LOST THE PROPERTY.. SINCE MY SISTERS AND I COULD NEVER HAVE AFFORDED THE TAXES OF $70,000 PER YEAR..... THE OILY MESS TOOK 2 YEARS OF SUPERFUND ETC.  McD'S HUNG IN THERE AND DEALT WITH ALL THOSE  "AGENCIES"  ETC.

PART OF THE DEAL WAS THAT Mcd's  WAS TO PROVIDE ALL THE "BOG"  CARDS  MY SISTER FRAN AND I  COULD USE...  THOSE ARE "BE OUR GUEST" CARDS... AND  MY SISTER FRAN AND I LIVED ON McD'S FOOD FOR 2 YEARS.  I WAS THE ONE TO MAKE THAT DEAL  WITH THOSE BOG CARDS... THERE WAS NO REALATOR INVOLVED... I JUST CALLED THEM UP AND ASKED IF THEY WANTED TO HAVE A NEW RESTAURANT.  IF I EVER RUN OUT OF DUMB LUCK WE ARE ALL IN TROUBLE.

IF ANYONE NOW COULD FIND AN "IN" WITH McD's  AND GET THEM TO "MATCH" WHAT I PUT IN, I WOULD BE BEYOND THRILLED....IT IS A BIGGIE== GOOGLE ......720 NORTH AVE NEW ROCHELLE NY.

JUST TO TIE IN ONE MORE FACT FOR ALL THE CAMERA PEOPLE-- THAT CAGE DOOR WE HAVE DIVIDING THE PUPPY AREA CAME FROM THAT PROPERTY-- THERE WAS A SMALL BANK THERE TOO... AND WHEN THEY TORE IT DOWN, THAT  VAULT DOOR WAS THE ONLY MOMENTO I COULD PICK UP AND STUFF IN MY SUV- WHICH IS WHY IT NOW DIVIDES CHAOS FROM THE PUPS...
AND TEH FUNNY CHAIN OVER MY HEAD  AT TIS DESK....IS TEH  SURVEYORS CHAIN WHICH LAID OUT AN AWFUL LOT OF THAT NORTH AVENUE AREA...

WELL ALMOST--- A NUMBER OF CP'S HAVE SUGGESTED, IF  OUR DOG HOUSE BUILDING IS COMMERCIAL - THEN I SHOULD OPEN A STARBUCKS AND SAVE EVERYONE ALOT OF TIME.

 I WILL GET TO THE PERMIT FOR AN  OUTHOUSE  WITH A LIQUOR LICENSE YET....

CONTINUING WITH MY DUMB LUCK.... I REALLY WANTED A NEW HARNESS FOR  BENTLEY ONE THAT WAS COMFORTABLE FOR HIM- THAT HE COULD PULL A WHEELCHAIR EASILY AND STILL HAVE THE HANDLE. 
SO WITH TINA'S HELP -- AND A CHINESE MAN --MR MOON, I DESIGNED WHAT I LIKED-- AND WITH GREAT CONVENIENCE ---( GREAT CONVENIENCE- BOY TO THEY HAVE THIS ORDER BUSINESS DOWN PAT)  HE IS NOW READY TO SHIP THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF HARNESSES ..... 300...
GOT ANY IDEA WHAT  300 HARNESSES LOOK LIKE ALL PACKAGED UP FOR SHIPMENT???  11 BBBIIIGGG BOXES......
