Happy to share with you such as we’ve got
The leaks In the roof and the soup in the pot...
Apparently door 25 has been swept clean and I am told it is ready to receive my belongings so having spent the morning cutting up little pieces of cardboard trying to figure out what would fit where I think I'm ready to move an awful lot of me into door 25 though it's hardly going to be a place to live it it'll be an interesting closet.
Especially when you figure I have to move three dogs with me so if I am going to spend anytime indoor 25 playing with the contents I have to provide for 3 great Danes comfortable sleeping accommodations so I will take the sofa out of the mail call area mainly because it has a space underneath it where I can slide the plastic box and utilize that space... the calendar project is on one rolling device and the right ropes are very nearly on one table basically a sewing machine treadle table--- There are several other projects that don't begin to take up as much room-- Like the stones and the pebbles and the glue and things like that so all I need to find today is someone who can lift heavy objects at least as far as the tractor bucket.
That Needlepoint about the leaks in the roof was done by aunt Mildred... a lovely old woman who used to teach school on Manhattan and somehow ended up with a broken hip so as long as I knew her she always walked with cane or crutch.. but she lived in an apartment in Manhattan which I don't think was more than 12 by 12 with a bed that came down off the wall and a very small kitchen arrangement she lived there for years.. and she also said blessed be nothing one of her favorite is sayings and I never knew whether it meant blessed be owning nothing or blessed be not any specific object.. since she had so very little she seemed to thoroughly enjoy not having to take care of anything... now when I drive by these great big houses in boxford. I think of aunt Mildred implying that it would be just too much effort to keep the whole place vacuumed and dusted. that's the concept I'm dealing with as I collect only the basic necessities for condensed living I think I'm going to enjoy it...... except maybe for my ropes. I like those
