 junec 16 2022

i have slept with a dog tied to my ankle..it does work to keep track.. however it is not conducive to any great sleep.
from the size of the "cloth/towel" in lachey ... it must have taken him a long time to swallow it...
and the only time he would have had unsupervised chewing would be when i was sleeping.
he is with me nearly all day-- from car- to run with golf cart - to sofa sleeping - to sleeping on my bed .
i thank everyone for your kind thoughts... and for the person who sent the email telling me
i was not paying enough attention to him and should give him to a better home.... i don't think so.

we have stripped the first floor of all washcloths and hand towels. but looking around...
there are other things he has had in his mouth....sox... slippers... hats...gloves...
i don't think he likes remotes-- but some of the other dogs like the crunch of those plastic things.
we can only watch. and try very hard.... i am thinking 100% access to the yuppie puppie might solve the problem...
and wondering about a muzzle== which would make him miserable.

a work in progress.
i am happy to have suggestions with  any success in this oral problem he has--
like checking his teeth??? i do not know when they cut teeth, but will look it up- he is young....
but spare me the one or two who have found a new disaster they have found on which to pounce...

so far i am waiting to hear if he made it thru the night. lynn said they would call between 6 and 8.am.

we will post any news on the explore column and teh daily doggie blog
