THAT IS ONE CUTE BABY..I HAVE NOT SEE IT YET TODAY- BUT BY ALL INDICATIONS YESTERDAY IT SHOULD BE OK... I THINK MADDIE ( AS IN TRACY'S DAUGHTER) WAS OVERNIGHT WITH THE DONK.SHE SHOULD BE FINE.  BUT WITH ANIMNALS ALL KINDS OF THINGS CAN HAPPEN--  ------ I INCLUDE HUMANS IN THAZT ANIMAL BIT JANINE KNOWS THAT MOTHER AND BABY ARE OURS... AND SHE IS NOT TO GIVE IT AWAY-- SHE DID ASK IF WE COULD SPARE ONE OF THE OTHERS-- APPARENTLY SHE HAS SOMEONE WITH A HANDICAPPED CHILD WHO LOST THIER OLDER DONK- AND NEED A NICE ONE... APPARENTLY WE HAVE ONE WHICH WOULD QUAlify as probably kid proof-- not pockets--- but there is another janine says is very nice... and i will talk to her today... heaven knows if someone needs a donkey for a child- and we  are not short ones i will tell her to go ahead and figure it out..  but that motherr and baby are  ours...  i always liked spotted-- and the baby is a girl... **** next official notice i am no longer going to correct teh Teh'S  -- my fingers just are going to do whatever... how bad is it?   IT MAY NOT LOOK LIKE IT BUT I HAVE BEEN Correcting at least a few of them-- as with teh capital letters involviong "A" near teh caps lock button.  i give up;. +++++ there were 18 people plus case loader( big machine with bucket)  and bobcat ( wierd smaller crawler type ) ALL FROM CELL TECHNOLOGIES   they got  an awful lot done yesterday-- the entire path  of A is ready for more stone dust..  the pond and surrounding "grass"  raked-- all of puppy hill-- ***now the next problem.. flat field... one of my favorite things to look at as i drive up and down the driveway-- when i moved in the whole place was forest- and i was thrilled to get even a small patch of greed grass there..  aftert years of effort i finally got maybe 1/2 acre of green-- and as i drove in the driveway i could see the lines of teh mower after we  cut the grass... sometimes it is appalling the things that are pleasureable-- i like teh lines in the grass-  but..... water comes off the arena and has washed away  alot of the topsoil  leabvig a big area by the arena which will only grow dandelions-- which are greeen-- but don't mow pretty- i have tried to brin up our compost and  top cover the area-- with little progress... here comes the funny part.....  manure....  we have spread all my acceptable compiost pile which had been limed for 3 years into nice dark tppsoil-- and those 18 people will be backl today.. so i had to buy some topsoil--- ?not funny yet?   turns out the place yo get topsoil  around here is brickend farm in hamilton... a wonderrfully american tradition of seeing a need. AND FILLING IT.... all the town around here are very picky about horse manure.. so brickend started allowing people to bring it by the truckload and dump it...  they would then churn it up with lime- and 3 years later it is beautiful  soil.. not the funny??? guess who dumps theri manure at brick end???? janine...  so i am now paying $38 per yard to buy  back janine's manurte pile.. which she hauleed over there in my trailer. they are going to deeliver 20 yards at 10:30 today..  i figure 2/3 wil  go in flat field-- and anothe lump at the top gate of the p[ond-- which used to be  mowed in straight lines too.. problem will be... all that will be mud-- sfor several; weeks before we get any grass growing-- i have my experiomental tubs of 3 different kinds. IN Y BEDROOM.... and the rye is up  very slightly in 4 days.. so i will thrw that-- and add some regular and hope it catches before dogfest...P.S.  ANY GOOD FARMER SHOJULD BE ABLE TO THROW HAY SEED ( GRASS)  AT 6 SEEDS TO THE INCH-- AND I CAN DO THAT--   PROBLEM WILL BE WALKING ALONG THROWING  THE SEED. ONE STPE ONE TOSS... IT IS VERY SOOTHING. let us praY *-****- 2 DAYS PIXIE INFO PIXIE UPDATE WITH VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: FIRST: WITH WHAT PIXIE HAS AS THERE ARE SINGS TO TO LOOK FOR THE MAIN SYMPTOMS TO LOOK FOR.  1. BRUISING  2. RED SPOTS ON THE BELLY ( CHANGING BLOTCHY SPOTS)  3. LIFT THEIR LIPS LOOK FOR BRUISING/BLEED RED SPOTS ON GUMS.  4. LOW LEVEL OF ENERGY IF YOU SEE ANY OF THESE TAKE YOUR SPECIAL PUP TO THE VET REQUEST/DEMAND A PLATELET COUNT AND CBC BLOOD TEST!  DON’T DON’T NO AS AN ANSWER I TOOK PIXIE TO THE VET FOR BRUISING PRIOR TO HER MAJOR BLEED AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOTHING. I TRUSTED THEM. I ALSO SAW RED SPOTS AND TOLD MY VET AND THEY DISMISSED ME. THEY PROBABLY THOUGHT I WAS BEING OVERPROTECTIVE, NO I WAS BEING A CONCERNED MOM AND IF I WAS LISTENED TO PIXIE WOULD HAVE BEEN CARED FOR PRIOR TO GETTING SO SICK AND CAUGHT IN TIME.  I WATCHED MAIL CALL TODAY AS I DO AND I CAN’T THANK YOU ALL AGAIN FOR THE OUTPOURING OF LOVE AND SUPPORT FOR PIXIE I CAN’T EXPRESS IT ENOUGH. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH.   PIXIE UPDATE  TODAY SHE HAD A GOOD DAY. JUST A LITTLE BLOOD DRIP HERE AND THERE. CALLED THE VET AND THEY SAID IT’S FROM LEFT OVERS FROM THE MAJOR BLEED. WE ARE DUE TO GO BACK TO THE VET ON SUNDAY FOR A RECHECK BUT WE MAY GO ON SATURDAY FOR HER BLOOD LABS.  SHE’S EATING WELL VERY WELL TO BE EXACT GO PIXIE. SHE GOT UP A BIT MORE TODAY AND WANTED TO STAND OUTSIDE FOR SOME FRESH AIR WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR BUSINESS. SHE’S ON STRICT BED REST SO I DID ALLOW HER TO HAVE A TWO MINUTE BREATHING IN THE AIR MOMENT. I’M BEING VERY STRICT ON HER ORDERS AND SHE IS LISTENING VERY WELL.  WE GOT PIXIE SOME NEW TREATS THAT SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES TO. SHE CAN’T HAVE HER OLD TREATS ONLY SOFT FOODS. NOTHING HARD CAUSE IT CAN CAUSE A BLEED. SHE IS IN LOVE WITH GOOD RIGHT NOW BUT HEY I’LL TAKE IT. IT’S A GOOD SIGN. GO PIXIE MY MIRACLE GIRL  PIXIE THE SHINING STAR  MY ROCKSTAR THANK YOU ALL  She is eating way more then her usual and drink my tons great sign.  She’s still very week. But they said she will regain her strength in time.  Pixie platelet levels as of yesterday where at 40,000 so she can stop a bleed in time to get the hospital. Her platelets need to get back up to 200,000 so she’s still got a ton of fighting to do. Will get there.  ( Dr George said he would like to see them at 300,000)  Pixie will have to go back to the Dr every 2weeks for platelet checks and CBC tests  I spoke with Dr George yesterday and he is such a nice man so helpful and set some of my mind at ease. He may even have a place to recommend for Pixie to go to when we can return back home.
