teh facts... just the facts... I DON'T USUALLY BUY INTO THE EASY WEIGHT LOSS GIMICS... WEIGHT LOSS WAS TO BE THE 6TH ADVANTAGE ON A LONG LIST OF PROBLEMS THIS BODY SHAKING DEVICE IS SUPPOSED TO ADDRESS...
IT ALL STARTED WHEN JANINE AND I WERE IN COSTCO TO BUY SUPPLIES FOR TEH BEER.BURGERS,BURRO PARTY, AND WE CAME TO A DEMO WITH 2 THINGS YOU STOOD ON to get shaken PLUS A GUY WHO RAttled on about the cures shaking would address.
we approached the thing as we would an amusement ride-- and listened politely to the guy selling the things...-- maybe 4 minutes... and then i got off.
i have no idea what it did, but my legs were not the same as when i got on the thing,. the only thing i could equate it to was one day i tried riding a horse after i had not ridden in a long time, and my legs just weren't there and i went to the ground. i did not fall in costco, but i could see, there were complications. janine was on longer than i - and got off- with only vague results.. as for body condition, janine can run miles- i can sit hours. big difference.... we were in a hurry .. we left.. and i thought........ and consulted teh internet...about ZAAZ.. from rave reviews to a disaster or two, teh "FDA approval as a medical device" seems to be a loose translation of FDA- the mayo clinic said it had possibilities - as yet unproven-- but apparently did no harm,
the ZAAZ paperwork does talk of increased circulation- which i think sounds right... the fact that costco sells them also had some influence-- they do seem to look over the things they sell..
so saturday i went back with joyce and decided it was doing something - joyce said "it certainly shakes anything that is at all loose." ----- at worse case , an interesting toy for mail call -- that would hold up my jackets as well as the jogging machine i now owned.---- we talked the guy into a bargain of teh "demo model" which i picked up yesterday at 5pm. it is now in my car--
it is getting crowded in here with the stove still here, so i am waiting to get the jogger out to move.. maybe by mid week we can have a mail call about it.
to be continued...

and tanner..... who is at baseball camp in oregon?? for real--- because he can throw a baseball from home pl;ate thru a tire at 2nd base very accurately... scouts picked him up-- we are all thrilled for him.. especially since if he makes the big league as a catcher he can support all of us...
Good morning, just wanted to drop you a line and let you know we are having a great time out here on the west coast. The weather has been great. It's been in the 90's since we arrived but no humidity at all. I could learn to love this.. HAHAHA!
Tanner officially started baseball camp yesterday with a smile from ear to ear. It was tough to see him walk away but he was so excited to learn from the best in the business of NCAA Baseball.
Everything has been moving along smoothly thanks to Kim, Bob, and the rest of the Oregon Family. Today we hope to go watch him do his thing and get lots of pictures to share. Thank you and everyone else who have supported us on our trip of a lifetime. Still can't find my leash! Hahaha

dawn (4th 5th grade teacher colorado) had some intereesting comments... she was teaching summerschool for a month-- and was appalled at how little interest the kids had n learning to read... she even brought in a driving manual-- and explained to the kids they could not get a drivers license if they didn't learn what was in that manual.. to no avail...

.. i spent $20 on a bag of worms-- for the guinnea hens---- to have worms-- bagged-- on the shelf of a store when i asked- is remarkable. somewhere there is a family supported by the bagging of worms...
i wondered how many countrys in the world can boast of worms-- bagged-- available
the shelves of our supermarkets are about the same.
as unfortunately are our candy shelves.
