OUR "BUDDY" WAS TEH DONKEY IN THE WELL IN THE NEWS....HAMILTON MASS..- THE STORY WENT NATIONWISE.- APPARENTLY A CATCH WATER TYPE "CISTERN" WIDE AT THE BOTTOM... HE COULD SWIM- AND THE KID WHO JUMPED IN TO HELP HOLD HIS HEAD UP AS HE TIRED, COULD STAND. IT TOOK 4 FIREMEN, 2 POLICEMEN AND TEH 2 KIDS TO LIFT HIM OUT-- AND I DON'T THINK HE WEIGHS MUCH MORE THAN 150 POUNDS-- BENTLEY SIZE...THEY SAY "A VETERNARIAN" TREATED HIM... THAT WAS PROBABLY BRIAN- AND I WANT TO TALK TO HIM IF I CAN- SOUNDS LIKE BUDDY WAS FINE...

I THNK THAT IS A GOOD LETTER I/WE WROTE TO THE PARTERIDGEBERRY PLACE PEOPLE INVITING THEM TO A LUNCH/TOUR ON JULY 2 10 TO 12- I THINK IF THEY KNEW MORE OF WHAT WaS GOIN G ON , THEY WOUL D BE LESS FEARFUL.. ONE FEAR WAS THE BUILDING WOULD BE A VET HOSPITAL. WHEN I LOOK AT THE MONEY GEORGE MYERS SPENT ON PUTTING UP DANVERS ANIMAL HOSPITAL, I AM SHOCKED TO THINK THESE NEIGHBORS THOUGHT I COULD EVER GET ALL THAT TOGETHER !! NO ... OUR LITTLE ISOLATION UNIT WILL JUST DO A BETTER JOB OF CARING FOR TEH DOGS THAN IN MY KITCHEN.

OUR "BUD" IS OUR LIFESAVER WHEN IT COMES TO ELECTRICITY-- WITH THAT LIGHTENING STRIKE, BOTH GATES AND THE CAMERA WENT DOWN... HE HAS THE GATES FIXED-- WE HAD ONE UNUSED ENTIRE GATE UNIT WHICH WE HAD ON HAND " FOR PARTS"-- THAT GATE IS SUPER....I CAN REMEMBER DRIVING TO THE GATE GETTING OUT OPEN THE GATE.. DRIVING THRU GETING OUT SHUTTING THE GATE.. IT WAS TOUGH WHEN I WAS YOUNGER... NEAR IMPOSSIBLE NOW.

THE MINI HORSE IS A GOOD ADDITION... MOMMY IS PLEASENT-- HER BABY "PUPPY" IS A LOVER AS HE LANDS IN YOUR LAP IF YOU SIT NEAR HIM... AND HE RUNS AROUND ON THOSE CROOKED LEGS VERY NICELY... I WILL TRY AND PUT THE MINI DONK IN WITH THEM MAYBE TODAY.... ACHIEVING BOREDOM IS NEEDED HERE.. I DON'T WANT THE GROUP OF DONKEYS TO RUN "PUPPY" AROUND TRYING TO SNIFF AT HIM-- ANOTEHR TACTIC IS TO PUT 3 PILES OF HAY ( ONE MORE PILE THAN NUMBER OF HORSES..) SO THEIR HUNGER WILL SLOW THEM UP AS THE DOMINANT ONE TRIES TO TAKE OVER TEH HAY PILES, THE SUBMISSIVE ONE CAN JUST MOVE TO ANOTHER PILE... THEN THEY GET BORED WITH THE PROJECT.... HOPEFULLY.

HOW COME THAT RIFFLE ASSOC HAS SO MUCH MONEY TO GIVE AWAY- FROM 7.7 MIL TO MCCAIN AND 888 THOUSAND AND ALOT IN BETWEEN------50 CONGRESSMEN !! HOW COME THEY HAVE SO MUCH TO GIVE AWAY? RANDOM IDEAS
Take balloons to a hospital that you or your child has been in and have them given to whoever happens to be in a room or floor you where in. I to help make a bad day better for them.
I also have shown up at the hospital with cookies, candy etc to be delivered to the nurses station for the same reason.
Thank you and the SDP for reminding me daily why life is so important. I have a quote that I use all of the time that I thought you might like. We where NOT put on this earth to take, we're here put here to give back.

MY first was at the grocery store, I was checking out and told the checker to add the next in line (firemen) to my bill. They argued profusely, but I won and they just shook their heads! It was fun.

I was returning to my car with beautiful flowers to cheer me up and an elderly man was just getting out of his car. He grinned and said, oh you really didn't need to. So, I gave him the flowers and then the tears came. He had lost his wife of many, many years recently and he needed something to cheer him up. So, he got the flowers.

I had gotten an unusual plant (can't remember what it was) and a couple stopped to say how pretty they were. So, off I go back to the flowers, pick one up, paid for it, went back to find the couple and gave it to them. They couldn't believe it.

Yes, it is such a good feeling and usually people are so grateful that someone would do this for them.

Just wanted to share my day with you!!
So today at Summer school the kids started to giggle and giggle and giggle. I was just at my wits end. So I asked, WHAT IS SO FUNNY!!!!! They responded YOU! So I asked why. They said, "You so sound like Carlene." What I said. Yes in the last 15 minutes you have said, " Next Problem, Oh boyz, I Dunno, Wonderful, Are you listening to me, No one is paying attention to me," I had to laugh! And of course I went into the hall for a moment and giggled my self. I told them that there is no better person I would like to be like than Carlene. Their response was, "Yes she is on a mission and so are you! Your mission is to make us better readers and her mission is to give better mobility to those that have problems." I love being a Carlene mini!! And I so love my kids. They are really listening!!
I can't tell you the impact that you have made in my kids lives!! They listen to your every word. I won't even begin to tell you the political things that you have send that have inspired amazing class discussion with the 5th graders. Carlene You are my hero as well as my kids!!
