WE ARE ENTERTSINING HE CONCEPT  OF HIRING ANOTHER FULL TIME KENNEL/HANDLER  TO HELP BOTH TRACY AND MARIA/MEGAN ( AND ME)  ONLY THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE A WELL BEHAVED DOG OF THEIR OWN NEED APPL;Y  ... THAT IS NOT TRICK TRAINED OR NECESSARILY OBEDIENDC SHOW TYPE,,, JUST HAPPY  RELAXED NICE DOG TYPE...

it will be quick-- today will be the day we increase the size of the t tent--- and the lumber is in the coa van-- but the posts are up. add a few nails and we should be covered by noon....

anyone seen with a level or t- square will be asked to shove it somewhere.

functionality is the key word. --- and we will be covering it with tarp/canvas... as soon as i locate it.. i know we have an unused big brown tarp somewhere...

so here is a cut and paste to entertain you in the meantime...

You requested a paragraph describing the impact Priya has made on Linda's life. I think Priya's impact can best be illustrated by relating an experience we had a few days ago. We had been out shopping and were leaving the store to return to the car. As we neared the curb I sensed Linda wobbling a little, and reflexively put out my arm so she could use it to stabilize herself as she has done countless times before. But Priya sensed the wobble first. She had already braced, and Linda was using her to get balanced again before my arm was even in the picture. As they stepped down the curb together, Linda turned to me with a grin and said, "You don't need to do that any more. We've got this."

So I have lost my job, and I couldn't be more grateful. Priya has given Linda back her independence, and with that her confidence, and her self- esteem. Linda is doing things she hasn't done in a very long time because she knows she can.

There will never be enough thank-yous for that.
