becky--- aka jades mother-- was puppy sitter last night-- she was one of
tom's overnighters and, being an RN , she is used to odd shifts and by her
training can stay up all night better than usual- hilary came and got her
trained in the art of puppy sitting- good thing-- i was really tired -
becky said it was a lot harder than she had anticipated--
she said a lot of things
she has a gift for humor of a slightly warped nature.
but then we got to talking about th e pink envelopes -- jade has FA same
as jocelyn (aka 57)-
i will have to look into this out of curiosity--when we went to see the
principal of the school-- and she was too busy to talk to us-- she sent us
across the hall to the .... i think special ed person--
one other sliver of info i have-- is that after the pink envelope
brigade... we saw that special ed woman-- who drifted by with the comment she
had her hands full with a room full of learning disabiled kids..
this is when becky bristled and said -- wait a minute 57 is not learning
disabled because of FA -- she can't walk and should not be included in the
group of learning probems-- unless she has any of those in addition ot
FA.. as far as i can see there is nothing wrong with 57's learning
abilities--
there is something that rang awfully true about this whole situation "i
usually just put her in the corner out of the way" was said by the music
teacher-- after which i plunked her in the front row. -- "the other students
will have to walk around her" which made me say "they can walk can't
they?" WITH ann and megan behind me are cringing...
i want to geT off this daily doggie and see if we can figure out who
that woman is and what her title is EXACTLY.
BECKY IS FUMING BEHIND ME AND IS NOT EASILY IGNORED... IF THE TITLE IS
SPECIAL NEEDS IT IS ONE THING BUT I DON'T
REMEMEBER HEARING THAT WORD..

TRAINING - THEY SHOULD SURVIVE..
