off to a great start...
i read the directions to some medicine i am taking... and i discovered why i don't read direction s too often... there are too many details left out..
in this case "your urine may stain your contact lens."
next trueism..
you often forget who made you sad... but you never forget anyone who made you really laugh
and in this case -- it was sheila and steve last night at mail call... mailcall became a "play on words"
most of which i can not remember-- we ended up singing n unison
hello mother hello father here i am at camp granada- and if you don't know it-- it is well worth googling it.
and sheila suggested the next tuesday trivia--- spraying me with a hose and seeing how many of those cornstarch packing peanuts would stick to me.
having sheila and steve in the same room reminded me of episodes at the university of edinburgh where we had "conversation episodes" where people would sit around and just talk.... no liguor... no agenda
just words-- and it was extremely funny.
there was a cp here from washington wh o was some newspaper writer -- he agreed you could not make up what just happened with that mail call.
thankfully the sound is nearly on again... a few details o work out but plan is for it to be on 100% and me control the sound with the volume control on the wireless box...

bizzarre medicine.... again...
sunday sand y just came in with tess
the dog who was so unstable she was immediately retired and came here to the farm ?10 ays ago??to ride out whatever was happening to her nervious system... top of the paw on the ground is never a good sign... bleeding toenails from dragging is another bad deal... so sandy- being a hospice nurse took her home and began supportive care-- which we decided to try doxycycline also-- that was ??? a week?? 10 days ago... and the wobbling dog just walked in this house looking 78% normal----
couple that with priscilla's dog --cookie -- with the seizure lookng symptom absolutely cured by draining her anal glands...
that is why they call it the "practice of medicine"
******
i don't know if cathy is around for another day of absolute labor.. she is a worker of the first degree... yesterday i set her to turning over the compost pile with the tractor... in aiircondition comfort... she did that. while her friend on crutches wandered around the yard filling the mailboxes and pipes with grocery bags..
thanks to her start with vacuum the hay loft, steve and wayne made huge progress with the tyveck on the cieling... it will be a very useful area for grace to work--- and strange things to be stored.
i wonder if home depot delivers.. we need alot of plywood for the floor.
and my horse trailer seems to be missing.
i did register the dump trailer insted of getting a bigger dumpster...-- which could be called into service fpr plywood hauling/....
megan should pick up th e plates late this afternoon .
farm tek has shipped the materials for the meat shack and kennel walls...
and we have to get the clearspan banner on the building....-- i do not understand the why or how of this... but the person from clearspan was hoping lots of people would "like" the photo they posted of us using the arena-- i think on thier website?? clearspan.com ???
so if y ou would all figure that out and go do that-- he was very nice to give us a bunch of building stuff
we are off and running... finally
