 dd 5 4

Dd. 5 4

I have always loved the old singer sewing machine treadle machines sometimes even if they didn't have a machine on top and just the treadle part it's so well designed that I've always dreamed of putting together some sort of mechanical something run by that treble however seeing as I haven't even started the project it's probably not going to go too far... That along with the concept ohh hooking it to some kind of generator and marketing that in that situation if your kids going to watch television they've got a pedal fast enough to get the electricity going somehow I think that would be a very valuable thing like charging the phone ohh there's electricity bit is not free it costs the environment..  I look at all these come get fit here places with a long row of  pedal bikes not going anywhere. and think that could be Creating. electricity    no??

Meanwhile my treadle base is holding up spools ohh rope just waiting to be tackled...   a long time ago somebody showed me how to make a bowl out of rope and I did it and it was very nice looking however I've never been able to make another one. One thing that was slowing me up was I ordered a new spool of quarter inch cotton along with 3 spools ohh string to make the monkey fist and I remember opening it at mail ca ohh stuffll never to be seen again see you guys I got hard pressed for monkey fists for both Sam and Betsy I ordered some more that too disappeared.. as the stuff off and does around here however I have found out where it's going to what was called 9 and 10 is now just full of stuff just plain stuff---and I did locate one of my spools of quarter inch so today I'll make it a point to go back and see if I can find the second missing spool...

Long long ago kennel 9 and 10 was my work area for repairing stuff keeping my tools that's before there even was a tool shed--now there is a one car garage size tool shed painted yellow which apparently is an offensive color for the current redecoration..

that tool shed was once rons place my son-in-law..  I don't know how he got a race car must have bought it somehow but he took it all apart right down to the pipes and then put it all back together again and we had originally built that building for him... the interesting part of it is it was early in the game of building things and we didn't know an awful lot so we ordered more cement than we needed only to find out that we had to take it---- when you order 4 yards of cement you're going to get 4 yards of cement whether it's dumped in your yard or place where you want it so that building has about 18 inches of concrete for foundation. I'm not the only one to have done this ---that comedian that writes for the Miami newspapers. Dave barry  has the same problem and therefore he has a free form concrete lump in his front yard .

I have been more careful since...
