currancy-- there is all kinds ofcurrancy-- but around here... bales of hay is a big for which there is no substitute.

close behind is a brass snap..  4 inches... brass -- and last night elizabeth came  in here  nearly in tears wanting 5 of them..

 i coule quickly locate 4 from my brass snap bank account which is in a blue bucket under the dog’s bed.

 i. have 3 blue 5  gallon  pails which  c ontain the most part of the monkey fist endeavour....

 misc brass.. rings and snaps... balls... from 1/2 inch marbles to  xx# bowling balls...then carefully labeled..”pieces of tope too short to use

which i am into constantly when someone wants me to show them h ow i wind off the ends..

  and every monkey fist i do produces  a short “leftover”

i should include “important but not  irreplaceable ..  on a farm would have to be a fly swatter.

to live in only one room does point out what needs to be pointed out the door...  we - not just me- but USA in general

 have too much “stuff”.   i have not even opened the door to building #25--

 I AM LIVING QUITE NICELY in this janine designed appartment of one room...( with one closet)

one of my issue soday is that the goats  have literaLLY STRIPPED PUPPY HILL OF ANYTHING

G REEN WHICH BRINGS ME BACK TTHE CURRENCY OF HAY

 

my potatoe stuffing was a success -- due mostlly to heather--

 heather is a retired bank employee... turned dog walkerand ocasionally a carlene driver...- and totally enjoying the dogs !

most of my real food comes from donna and randy-- lima beans and sweet potatoe are the speciality...

dogs? there is a need-- i am told bella has her first dog customer.. she has done a great job with training the pup i found for h3er

janine is off down the drive for a flight to the carolinas... rumor has it... for 4 days..

 i missed out on many of the details... being deaf is no fun !!

i had an email (. advertisement) from gumball-- i would love one of the old metal machines

 the one i have survived over 300 dane pups.. but it is tired... and the plastic ones do not work !

there were several beautiful stanley renditions-- like albert and the lion-- ( which i must practice more often...)

today’s trip is rockport.   janine is loading the trailer as i sit and type.... it is called a day off  for me...-

we are apparently booked solidly for all of august..

we will try for a grant this fall... it could make a huge difference in our operation... lord knows the need is huge

every facility has a person in charge of entertainment-- it looks like the state may mandate this job to someone--- but what a lot of  overworked people, with no budget. they are suppopsed to fill all the days monthly-  that is why all the crayons and bingo cards.... 

i must admit,  i have heard whisperings lately about giving these facilities more leeway in ente4rtainment bt recognizing care-giving  is a job--- a very real job-- often a job someone inherits and does not willingly choose.    giving the job some recognition . of  financial benefit by the IRS-- i have heard whispers....

many thanks for the sell out--  our  fundraising field is anyone with either a mother or a father -- or both... that eventually will need... ask...  require your attention.. so my thanks to those who keep us going.. we are doing  a good job  filling a spot which should draw more attention than it currently does..

we are coming down the hom stretch  with  nailing down pinning up painting and praying.

as far as this @#$%^&*( computer... everyone tried-- and now it is  the GeeK squad;s turn-- the appt is aug     14 here at the house..

the 38 foot boat has landed perfectly in the 40 foot G Tent---now noah comments flloat around--- 

personally  i have mentally lined up pairs of animals for  a respectable showing for a N OAH picture,...

i am trying to contact  the lehardy tribe of relatives  because someone has sugested  more attention in the irs 1040 be given   to  caregivers

I HAVE HAD VERY COMPLICATED THOUGHTS ON THE TOPIC OF “CARE GIVING”.  SINCE I AM NOW WELL FAMILIAR WITH BOTH SIDES THAt coin !!!

Aug 3  progress is being made.. in that we have exhausted all possibilities except the geek squad—which apparently works on Sundays...—judy tried.. Janine tried.. and now gwen has tried .. they apparently manage4d to ge4t the bill paid... but still the functions I need ( dictation and copy paste) are not “available to me”.when I try and dictate I get    “opps not now” our spectacular info is ben is moving in his 38 footboat into our 48 foot “g tent” Monday morn...  special hauling and permit times etc

 

 Hopefully the geek squad will get me operational by then.
