sink hole de mayo or something like that...

for those who do not already know....... i take yellow 5 x 7 index cards-- fold them in 1/3rds
clip a pen to them and they become my memory for the dayall shoved in a  tray... i have boxes of them
all by date....there are times when my handwriting  is less than readable, but for the most part...
i can go back and look up phone contacts, price quotes, and other weird ideas i might jot down....

namely-- making dollies for the 12 stainless steel milk containers----so they can become rolling stools
while at the same time be perfect rat proof dog bone containers.. ? how'd this happen?????

i needed one for some movie- i forget which---
but per the irs ( don't quote me) anything you buy in pursuit of making a buck is then a deductable business expense
i had trouble finding a stainless one-- and then had to have it fedexed quickly---
the whole epidode cost the film over $500, which they  paid for....
like the wooden barrel which i own  and can be worn.. it then became a throw away after filming... so i took it... since i had it already
and i liked it- as a place to sit in the yard---- then wandering on ebay-- which i never should do..... i found a dozen  from a dairy in ohio
going to  a more modern milk transporting system.... -- for about $25 each.. i could not resist the bargain...  so i bought them ---- the freight nearly killed me. but they arrived all bundled  on pallets.. -still milk inside-- which was fun to deal with. but i did...  as my walking range decreased i put them about every 30 feet between house and barn.  for a place to pause.

worked well for about a week-- when people began to get them out of the way   and gather them all in one place defeating my purpose... but i. was never able to get all these volunteers in the same place at the same time- to stop their tidy soul who was putting them "AWAY"  so that purpose was a failure- for a couple years--- til the rats happened... when these -- cleaned out ---milk containers became cookie holders and grain containers in and around the yard... totally rat proof...  expensive rat proofers but  rat proof....

and heavy with cookies...  in the house... moving them around as stools bought them back to their origional. purpose. but on wheels would be more convenient...

physics to the rescue.....
so  yesterday.....off to harbor frieght-- i knew they had a whole aisle of wheelie things-- they had perfect  one inch rollie things-- but were only good for 80 pounds.. so as the stregnth of roller went up-- so did the height-- and  things like center of gravity and tipping over became an issue//plus. if i had 4 of them was the weigh limit 4 times 80 or  just plain 80-- concept being-----getting into weighing both the front end then back end of a dog on the bathroom scales and adding..... would the weight ever be on just one of the 4 rolling devices???- probably not... but... the higher  the wheels the more tippy the stool...
so i bought 4  wheels  3 inch  tall  rated for 200 pounds each.. to try. with plywood....  .
somewhere they must have stronger shorter---
  heavy duty   furnature rollers??????
amazon here i come...anybody know about this stuff???
