adjustable beds---hardly a critical topic when entire homes have been replaced by huge boats... however....... after putting together a nice new bedframe we turned my current bed upside down and found there was no adequate support under the foot area. which is why for the past 10 years when i slid off the bottom area, it tipped the whole bed and dropped me on the floor... in spite of the 2 ton jack i tried to hold it up.
lori and i turned it around so i push "foot " to. raise the head which raises my shoulders and drops my head backwards... i will. try that for the next 10 years???
to get a new mattress will cost $50 to get rid of the old one.-- in cleaning out the "G" tent for dogfest, i took 6 to the transfer station for $300.
sometimes I wish I had access to Facebook... because apparently there exists a video of Wallace... riding one of ERN. Horses... usually Wallace could ride anything and hold a cup of coffee or conversation at the same time---- he apparently was or is a bull rider---- but this horse has the distinction of causing Wallace to pay more attention to stay on because the video I am told shows the horse with all four feet about three or four feet off the ground at once it seems to me I'd like to see that if anybody knows where that video is it should be interesting.
Yesterday I went to pick up some takeout food and the take out plays had 6 College kids waiting on customers all at once knowing how hard it is to find miscellaneous help to do things like Wait on customers I asked the guy waiting on me where they came from and she said somebody had hired the entire cheerleaders club for the weekend. ... And interesting way to solve a problem.
Today being shatting day I hope we have contacted the rent a chicken--because we have none--

As for animals yes that is a real problem, some people had alligators swimming in their flooded homes. Fish are swimming in the streets and on the airport tarmac. The power people are trying to get the power back on for those that lost power but they are fighting snakes and alligators to get to power poles. They say our water levels will continue to raise for at least 4 more days. They are using big armored truck to remove people from their homes. It has been a very interesting few days but this is the 10th hurricane we have lived through.
