ONCE UPON A TIME-- YOU BOUGHT A TOOTHBRUSH- A FUNNY STICK OF A THING WITH A IT OF GRITTY STUFF YOU SCRUBBED YOR TEETH- THEY COST ABOUT 20 CENTS FOR A PACK OF 6.
THERE HAVE BEEN IMPROVEMENTS- AND 99% OF THE IMPROVEMENTS ARE IN THE FIELD OF ADVERTISING TO MAKE ME THINK I MUST HAVE A NEW tooth cleaning device...AND DO IT THEIR WAY.... BEING A MINDLESS SORT WITH A SPIRIT OF ADVENTURE- I BOUGHT ONE BY WAY OF AMAZON ( AND FEDEX) --- a waterpik sonic-fusion professional... name looked most impressive...
IT LOOKED NEAT AND TIDY IN THE PACKAGE DESIGENED BY PACKAGE DESIGNERS. AND I WAS DOING VERY WELL OPENING THE BOX- ONE PIECE OF TAPE-- WASN'T TOO DIFFICULT. THAT IS WHERE THE TROUBLE STArted. a very attractive "how to booklet" - except.....
PAGE ONE the only 2 words decipherable were congradulationa... and danger...-- whoever designed th booklet lost track of the fact that the basic purpose was for someone to read it.... because the rest of page is in very light grey print --- perhaps in a thrifty ink saving concept-- only with that lighted magnifyoing glass a thoughtful cp sent me, was i able to read "to reduce the risk of electrucution...."
i hate to be fussy, but... i figured i better read it since they were only talking of reducing the risk... heck, i could eliminate the risk by STUFFING it all back in the package...
i read on....do not direct the water stream into the ear, nose or other delicate areas
now we are getting somewhere... the potentially deadly amoeba (%^&*&^%$78) may be fatal if directed into these areas. soooo..... what about that other well adveritised -- mechanical water nose blowing device "to clear out all the stuff that makes me miserable" can't both be true-- WHERE ARE TEH EDITORS TO MONITOR TEH VALIDITY OF THESE CLAIMS ----moving on---

I KNOW ABOUT WIRELESS--- MAYBE .. JUST MAYBE I CAN BLUETOOTH MY TOOTH DEVICE TO MY REMOTE CAR STARTER-- SO THAT I CAN GET IN A WARM CAR, TURN ON THE RADIO WHICH WILL THEN MAKE THE NEIGHBORS GARAGE DOOR GO UP. TURNS OUT......THAT THE ON - OFF CONTROL OF TEH WATER PUMP IS DONE WIRELESSLY FROM THE HANDLE-- THERFORE NECESSITATING A WARNING ABOUT interfering with things like heart monitors and teh like. PLUS----.".TO avoid electromagnetic interference DO NOT OPERATE THIS DEVICE ON AIRPLANES."
SO IF YOU SEE ANYONE GETTING ON AN AIRPLANE WITH A WATERPIK....
JUST IMAGINE THE SAFETY OF THE OLD WAY OF TOOTH BRUSHING !!
