about an hour before that .... police called. dog barking..- heather brought him in- the house.....then lightning stuck -- so not too much sleep last night
people are beginning to come round for dog fest--- the mail call tent 9am...then aft noon today i am told teh boxes of horse paraphnelia will arrive---- and i may get a ton of rocks
teh local special ed dept was here and want to send 3 or 4 with /"coach" for work experience.... we do this alot... and i hate havig them pick poo or fill waer buckets.. because there is no "completion" to that type job-- as i sat around i saw a circle of concrete which would be a perfect base for a stone column-- made of small rocks-- so i went to bebtely warrren and drove around teh rock piles.... they soirt by size... and it is possibel to get a ton of 4 inch brown rocks,--- $25-----,,, wouodl be interensting. -- with hopes someone coming for dog fest will have some masonary experience. so when the kids come next week, they can either work on it. .... or start another....-- and they can put thier name on it ....
bud has splitting wood all lined up fro anyone so inspired--- (a gas model wood splitter... not too hard to do
there is always painting.. spirit stick management..... and fence mending along wiht poo picking...coffee drinking and ice cream eating.
i am all excited---- thank heavens you will all wear name badges---- the current rule for dog fest is if you are outside. and can stay 6' away from another---you can pull tht mask down over your neck....outside is the majic word......--- if you have to be inside..... think. -- car windows open.... elevators.. wait for another???-- eat/drink. outside. and under is acceptable
for outside eating.... as in underbrellas or tents. -- a few at a time in the kennels... but don't pack in the food room either.... think-- outside those boxes...
as for bad words and swear bear charges-- top of the list for swear bear is to say to me. "don't you remember....????"
