festing in earnest. i think we are as organized as we would ever be... the stuff that needs doing... i hope to have lined up for all of you to do !! how's that ???

anita ( n.y.) went to an estate sale where they had boxes of unidentifeid horse equipment ... and 3 carriages-- all of which i now own---- in chatham. ny..... so.... is there anyone coming across the mass pike from ny--- with a large pick up that might hold a carraige????

teh lawn trailer for chaos transport was a huge success for chaos.... and i think she has teh picture... it will carry her back up the hill--- she got off and back on several times-on her own... and got a drikn. etc.. i think the bedding is. easier for her to get her footing---and jen redid the non slip ramp... it is going to need a market umbrella-- or something... because when the shade area got small she got up and went into the g tent... which bud said is her favorite place to lie.... so today i will park her carriage there and see how that goes....

yesterday as i backed around with the tractor, that backhoe does swing around much further than one would think... apparently - first report was i bumped bently who got out of the way. but that report changed from bump to carlene hit bentley which then became driving too fast. -- i don't read facebook but i paniced... here we go again.. what started out to be a fun sunday drive around with chaos and bentley ends up in facebook that i hit him---- sounds like either with a baseball bat... or i should get a speeding ticket as people want to have the most sensationalistic negative. story .
i went all over every inch of bentley--- he has one hair folicle pimple on his chin-- that is the only blemish i could find--- hardly caused by a tractor....i hope i don't have to endure another facebook go round today.... there are public personalities who are paid to take such facebook action.... for them. any pub;licity is good publicity..however i am a volunteeer and have one goal--- prepare a dog to keep some person on their feet walking-- and have a little fun on the side.. i will not be distracted.....
believe me , i do have the vocabulary to deal.......but i wouln't want to shock all teh nice people who aren't involved.

hitting things--- everyone around here knows.... if i hit 3 things in one day i will stop driving.... so believe it or not... i try not to hit things.--
there was a day.. ? 20 years ago, i dented both trailers. in one day by hitting one trailer with. the other.... the normal fleetood tht we sstill own was parked by the package dropp off and as i bent to get out the gate with. that long trailer , i hit th e parked one. big noise-- small dent....
another trailer story.. big trailelr ( moving van size). went to some job in?newton? at teh country club--- my directions said to pull in... so i did... long drifeway. cars parked on both sides.... expensive cars parked on both sides... fairly new at backing...... took forever for me to back out without one scrape.

that is as bad as the ann getchell story-- again fairly new trailer and fairly new at anns... she told me to go out the "back driveway"-- so i started.. 1/4 mile in, i came to a tree, a bump, and anotehr tree... there was absolutely no way i could bend around the corner.... so i backed -- to where i had left ann... -- she had a trailer about the same size.. so i said". i could not get around that corner.. how do you? and ann....... "i couldn't either, i wanted to see if you could. "

i have a lot of trailer stories-- including 3 days ago when i told teh salesperson at tractor supply.... i wanted to buy a trailer.. and he bewildered said " you already have a trailer on behind".

as a friend of ann's for some 30 years, i could go on for a long time with funny ann stories-- another favorite........big fancy house( by my standards). how do you know if ann is home? for at least 20 years...... she has a 2 x 4 for holding the door shut-- and if that is holding the door from outside, she is not home.
