JAN 19 2020.... CAKE  TO FIRE DEPT DAY
I DID HAVE THE FIRE DEPARTMETN COME=== AND THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT PUT OUT FIRES... THEY --- I AM SURE FOR LEGAL REASONS WILL NOT ADVISE ANYTHIHNG EXCEPT GET AN OFFICIAL ( LIABLE ) OPINION...  THEY JUST STOOD AROUND IN THERI BIG BOOTS. I WAS EMBARASSED TO HAVE THEM COME...BUT IT MADE TEH CP'S QUIETER..... THAT WAS A PRETTY BIG CHIMNEY FIRE--- I COULD TELL BY THE SOUND..I PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM---MOSTLY BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SNOW ON THE ROOF,
SO EVEN THIS GREAT 6 FOOT TOWER OF FIELDSTONE  WHICH IS TEH  CHIMNEY WOUOLD NOT PROTECT AGAINST SPARKS.....
LIKE MOTHER NATURE PLANNING THINGS...  MOST OF MY OTHER CHIMNEY "HAPPENINGS"  WERE IN THE WINTER WHEN   A FIRE IN THE FIREPLACE WAS NECESSARY AND SNOW WAS ON THE ROOF... TEH ONE WITH JANINE IN HER UNDIES SLIDING AROUND  THE ROOF IN FIRE EXTINGUISHHER FOAM WAS DUE TO A  SUMMERTIME TRASH BURNING EPOISODE WHERE WE COULD SEE TINY LITTLE FLAMES BURNING TEH PINE NEEDLES NEXT TO THE SKY LIGHTS..AND ALLL THE FIREDEPARTMENT HAD TO DO WAS HELP HER OFF THE ROOF.  THEY DIDN'T MIND THAT.
HOWEVER.....
ONE OF THEM  YESYERDAY SAID HE WAS IN FLORIDA IN A COFFEE SHOP -- AND A GREAT DANE SERVICE DOG CAME IN  SO HE SAID TO HIS FRIEND " WE HAVE A SERVICE DOG TRAINING OUTFIT IN IPSWICH.... AND AS SOON AS HE D=SAID IPSWICH, THE PERSON SPUN AROUND AND THEN HAD A GRAND TIME TALKING.. ,, IT WAS ONE OF OURS...
----
SNOW....WE HAVE ABOUT 4 INCHES-- WHICH I DON'T INTEND TO PLOW-- MOSTLY BECAUSE I DID NOT PUT THE PLOW ON MY CAR--  WHICH I STILL CAN DO IF A HEARTY SOUL SHOWS UP... PLOWING IS NOT A PROBELM FROM MY HEATED CAR...  BUT TO TRY AND PLOW 4 INCHES OFF TEH STONE DUST WILL JUST PILE UP STONE DUST ALL OVE W2HERE WE DON'T WANT IT.  I DID HEAR OF 40 DEGREES IS NEXT.
TOMORROW IS A DENIS DAY SO IF WE CAN JUST MAKE IT TIL THEN,  HE WORKS 4 DAYS  A WEEK... TODAY IS NOT ONE OF THEM/  NOR WAS YESTERDAY

Carlene and Linda,
We just got home, we stayed in traffic and wrecks threw NY and Virginia which took longer.
When we arrived I walked Lady Ripple to each room and told her this was her home, then to the back porch and her doggie door to her fenced in back yard.
I turned her loose and she has ran around everywhere and smiling like she knew automatically.
We have had so much fun just watching her.
Thank you and everyone for letting us have this blessing she will have a great home I promise you!
We have so many friends that have gifts for her and wanting you come meet her, I'm having to space everyone out to not overwhelm her.
She traveled very well and such a love.
We will keep you updated.
Love,
Sandy, Johnny, and Lady Ripple
