WE AVG 17,000 HITS A DAY ON OUR CAMERA EVEN IF 1/2 OF THEM ARE MINE AS I TRY AND KEEP ALL THE CAMERAS AND PUPS GOING STRAIGHT.... THAT IS STILL 8500 HITS... IF EACH BOUGHT A $10 BRICK THAT WOULD BE $85,000 .....A DAY... SO I AM HOPING THAT TRYING FOR 2072 A MONTH IS NOT TOTALY OUT OF THE QUESTION.... THERE ARE SO MANY OF YOU....

that spirit stick parade was wonderful as i lined it up i though i wish i had suggested they show their badges- so i could recall who was who-- and i find that was suggested !! it was fun watching the names and faces together...
and teh camera op's did such a great job manuevering the camera-- so much better than i ever could...
i tried to identify the person who talked to me about playing the harp-- i woud like to keep her name on file.. i do have another harpist on file somewhere.. a student in boston...

my pensive moment for the day-- hopefully it will pass....
it is very difficult to listen to people who don't ask questons or make suggestions, but who sit and lecture to a group on how successful they are at either dog training or money raising and implying how much better it would be if we changed everything we do to their way. i am hard headed enough to be able to listen to that and not change a thing-- but it upsets some of my volunteers to think i have not thought about the different ideas...
that concept goes along with the fact that i live in fear of this adi group who are about to discend to re- accreditate us on the 5 year aniversary.
these concepts always seem to involve someone trying to legistrate intelligence. something that has historically never been possible.
a perfect example is the book "please don't eat the daisy" about a woman who gave her kids alot of instructions and forgot to tell them not to eat the daisy... so they did that..
you can not legistate everything.. i know adi tries.
there is one huge difference here-- i rely on some extremely intelligent people to figure out most things without micromanagment-
like that spirit stick parade... the entire concept was wonderful.
as was alot of the dogfest activities--- like lynne and renee's talk...or the skit no one practiced... or marc's master of ceremony....
