THERE ARE SOOO MANY DETAILS OF "PROJECTS" ON AND OFF TEH FARM WHICH DON'T HAVE A DESCRIPTIVE OFFICIAL TITLE- THEREFORE DON'T EXIST IN THE EYES OF THE PEOPLE READING THIS GRANT STUFF.. TAKE "DOG TALKING TO" OUR ROAD TRIPS TO ASSISTED LIVINGS VERY OFTEN INVOLVE HAVING SOME RESIDENT TALK TO ONE OF THE DOGS-- AND IT IS THE FIRST WORDS THEY HAVE SPOKEN IN MONTHS... OR.... TAKE TEH 79 YEAR OLD NON VERBAL VETERAN WHO'S SON LITERALLY DRAGGED HIM TO CRAZY ACRES JUST FOR SOMEWHERE TO GO... AND THE GUY OPENED UP FIRST WITH THE DOGS, THEN US-- FIRST TIME HE SPOKE IN MONTHS- (AND WHEN HE GOT GOING HE WAS WONDERFULLY FUNNY...).... OR THE KID WHO COMES TO CRAZY ACRES TO READ HIS BOOK TO THE DOGS- FINALLY SAID HELLO TO 2 OF US-- THIS IS HUGE PROGRESS THAT EVADED ALL THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS FOR A VERY LONG TIME.... BUT TRY AND WRITE UP THAT STUFF ! WE SOUND LIKE A BUNCH OF NUTS-- WHICH WE ARE... BUT MUCH OF WHAT WE DO HAS SOME PURPOSE-- ALBEIT STRANGE.. BUT WORTHWHILE.--

That "failure" you gave us has saved my daughter's life- Such a well trained dog is hardly a "failure" !! She now goes out- and enjoys the fact that people will come and talk to her about "have you got a saddle for that dog?" We can not thank you enough.
