i could have this all wrong.... but that will not stop me........JUST ONE MORE "BUSINESS" TAking over a viable institution, i have see soooooo MaNy.. starting with "Partners" who bought my husband's medical practice along with 1/2 the hospitals including mass general hospital --- who decided to redo the appointment books to accomodate 2 patients every 15 minutes... along with a very strong "keep 'em coming" "let me book your next appointment in 1 week so i can look at the wound to be sure there are no complications- which is medically correct so you can't sue me" the other 1/2 teh medical world around here is lahey and teh competition schemes between lahey and partners are almost comical. at lahey you are allowed a 15 minute appointemet but may only mention one ailment-- so help me... it happened...there is none of this "while i am here..." - no... you need to book another apt for left toe analysis... you are only scheduled for right shoulder."
MEDICINE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A BUSINESS-- BUT LATELY IT SEEMS MORE BUSINESS THAN MEDICINE..--long ago-- i heard a conversation between 2 doctors........ "how tHe hell did you get 12 stitches in that little wound?" the background of that was... blue cross paid by the number of stitches.... and people... ALWAYS BRAG ABOUT HOW WOUNDED THEY WERE.... " I NEEDED 12 STITCHES !!"

A CAR WASH CAME TO MIND.. THE KIND WHRE YOU PUT IN A QUARTER AND USE A WAND WITH SOAP THEN PLAIN WATER.-- WE DO HAVE A POWER WASHER.. BUT TEH CAR WASH WOULD BE ALOT EASIER..
FROM MY PAST.... I THINK THERE ARE CAR WASHES THAT HAVE A SIDE WASHER FOR TRAILERS ETC... NOW TO FIND ONE... TODAY... SO MAYBE IF TOMORROW IS EVEN A LITTLE WARM I CAN GET TANNER AND KEAGAN IN TYVEK SUITS SLIDING AROUND TEH DUMP TRAILER WASHING THOSE DOORS...
