clean up weekend was a huge success
and why is the country short of lactated ringers ( the fluids)
if i am ever give n a chilce between smart and lucky.. i will take lucky every time
this accreditation , now on hold because of the parvo- we very carefully threw away all the outdated medicaztions-- which i know she wold look over... but i came to the box of ringers solution, and the date was june 2014- now i should have thrown it out... but something........ and i kept it... and hoped i remembered to throw it out if the inspector arrived up the driveway... then symon got sick-- and we needed it-- we gave him a bag and a half-- george said that was like spittin g in theocean.. whe symon was in the hospital he had 16 bags in one day.. ( and now he is fine and happy again)
and gabby is sick-- we were quicker to start meds on her---and fluids--- problem being george is only "allowed 5 cartons of fluids per month????? what????
he is not kidding either.. i have tried to buy some from the online i have used before--- back ordered-- non available..
i called several horsae vets janine knows-- and one said only hospitals( horse hospitals) had any.. he had none... i even tried a people doctor friend and he said he would look into it ttoday...
i alerted the camera people and they came up with 8 different vet med online sources that saID they had some in stock..... interestingly i already had accounts in 6 of them-- so i ordered from 4 of them-- 2 have come back "back ordered" on the other 2 the order looks normal- but quanttitiesw are limited-- and one in canada... would not let me enter massacheuttes- - when i called they said they doi not ship that to the states.. nor would my australian source of that wormer and doxy...
is there any way this can be anything but manipulation of drug prices... i would love to hear-- i am anxious to hear if teh people doctors are short the stuff too...
i have heard of the lack of water in california-- but this is ridiculous !!! isn't this where capitalizm is supposed to take over... if tehre is such a shortage and prices range from $5.65 to $12.67... seems we should be considering a ringer factory here on crazy acres...
there is one camera person with some extra bags she had from a sick dog and will be sending those... but she coudl be the only source--- the others took the order.. but havde not delivered... anbd from where i sit right now, we can not have too much... so iv you can get your hands actually on some-- please send it-- i have it on order all over-- we will see but i have no faith that it will actually arrive...
gabbie is cheerful enough this morning... she is still nauseated and not eating-- no temp...peeeeeeeeeeeing ( that was the fluids from last night that went thru) nor is she drinking... so she probably gets more fluids today ( i will be checking with geroge very shortly)
3 of the pups ar tossing and not eating....
i will talk with george shortly and get the meds straight for the day,...
