now we are really paying the food bill.

well---- these aint birds and the food is not 10 cents a bag--- it is more like $23 a bag.

re: merle's-- the grey with black--- a naturally occurring color that happens when you breed harlequins
back when i started with danes-- the merles were considered "junk" pups and i was told by several "show" breeders the akc said to put them down at birth as "inferior-- the wrong color-- produce deaf pups"
which is why we name ours the wrong color--- brownie--- purple--teal---olive-- and yellow.
brownie and purple were exceptional dogs--- bailey quality... so much for the akc
today i thought i should check on exactly what the akc had to say about merles because the animal rights people must have done something about that by now.
after google--- i found akc said... nothing-- like merles do not exist--
good morning akc--- deaf dogs are produced by the very desirable harlequin coat color too---
for the akc to ignore merles as inferior--- as many breeders will tell you---
is another case of "say it long enough and everyone will believe it"
with the last litter we are running out of crayola names--- so here is another
cerulean-- resembling blue of the sky

there are many activities i can not put in the dd anymore because i have forgotten exactly who gets this fool thing.
i would hate to be jailed for remodeling the dog house without a permit..

jody arrives late Wednesday night from texas --- straight to the guest house--- i don't know what she considers late--- with me it it anytime after supper.
i suppose the least confusing route from manchester airport is
93 south one or two exits to
114 east few miles to
rt 95 north
to exit 53A
east one and a half miles to
left on linebrook a half mile
#37 boxford rd...IN IPSWICH( there are many boxford roads around here)
there is a shorter way thru the woods
but those woods are dark and deep with miles to go before you sleep
