i never should have put any expenses in the dd without putting them all here-- because several people added up what i did put and wanted to know where the extra $10,000 went.... allow me.....
ok --- specially with your 100% sell outs.....you all certainly have the right to know what they are-- but it will never be exact----you also have to put in your calculations quik piks...and using wrong charge card .... are the 2 biggest.... but there is always something...like we tried to put in extra hay in january and judy was gone for feb....AND I DO NOT HAVE THE FEB BANK STATEMENT YET !!! THAT ALREADY SCREWED UP MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNT BECAUSE ONLINE DUPLICATED SOME JAN EXPENSES....
SO THIS IS NOT EXACT.... NEVER WILL BE... BUT IT IS DARN CLOSE...
SO THIS IS A "SO FAR" ACCOUNTING.....

i make those temp totals $10700 and $8600--- so far---and the official bank statement comes out about the 3rd of the month...
and i know----heres one i forgot..... i was called on to pay the hay guy $915 for the last load to meridith--- and i did.... i does not show anywhere because i have not yet been paid back for it... it happens... DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH ...
penny wise pound foolish----is another problem... in january someone charged their coffee using the goldy charge card-- so there on the statement is a $6.90 charge to starbucks... it happens---and it is not economical for me to keep track of that kind of thing,, so there is Other stuff--- that probably has been ok'd/questioned by the board and sloughed off as petty cash-- in feb they bought a bunch of blankets-- no big deal-- but i can not stand the internet experts to get picky over "balances"
so if you all behave--- and as a reward for selling out ----... i will make a printed copy of the finances available AFTER I GET THE LATEST MONTHLY STATEMENT..if you send a self addresses envelope... printed because there may be comments i have to handwrite...and little slips of post it notes get lost here....
now to get the "BOARD" DOWN OUT OF THE RAFTERS AND DO THE NUMBERS THING...
