Dd 2 8. Judy should be off the red eye by now....—and none too soon.... Fortunately if she comes here at noon as she said she would do I probably won't even be here because we have two jobs today to do a terribly long way apart so it would be a lot easier if I go with the neighbor Debbie and take just Gemini and play with a frying pan which he's very good at and he loves it and I would not expect any problem with that--- Then maybe talk for a few minutes and not spend the full hour there ----
this will have to be “ be kind to judy “ week... among other things... I can’t find all those ropes I did while in the hospital... how can I loose a bushel basket full of big ropes?? Easily... Janine at the last minute took some I had planned to give to suzzanne here...that rope and a ring is soooo handy in our environment—from a gate left open to a horse on someone’s lawn.. it can be so usefulas plain emergency equipment to have in the car.
Big project—other than traffic control.... is to figure out who is feeding what animal how much hay—could be all is well and all I am going on is the bill from dodge grain—and we actually have a bunch stored in the loft..... in the meantime—keep that hay coming...
We did get the poo catching bag for the donkey in the adult care centers and nursing homes... it look like it just might do the job !!
For absolute cuteness... we might get an actual pack saddle which would be queued and would also enable the donkey to carry all the stuff we carry when we go into one of these places miniature size they're not too bad. with their actual wooden X saddle on the top it would be cute ---it's not really too long until spring we are hoping to have so many things done by spring it'll be amazing my absolute goal is to once again have crazy acres AKA goalies farm. be a destination for groups or families... and somehow have the accommodation for any of you $10 supporters to be able to camp out here somehow... in the past we've had delightful groups of college reunion types... for a day on the farm.... because the day on the farm invariably means doing some chore which city people might find fun but from where we sit work is work..
that circle around the pond will become a large Figure 8 around that A field... Navigable on foot or in golf cart.
We have a long way to go because I'm told there is chunks of significantly large trees from the last storm... and it's not so much the trunk of the trees as it is all the brush there's a lot of it...
