This blood thinning is not simple----
All this medical stuff is not really terribly interesting to the general public but it may be for a future reference it might be critical you never know I've been id on the injectable since they decided I needed to have my blood thinner to cope with these clots or whatever now for some reason they want to swap me over to a pill---well the whole hospital has A1 little group all on a first name basis who manage the pills and shots and the relationship between them and this lab tests which has to be done two or three times a week to start with anyway so at the moment I'm still on the shots and tonight I'm to start with pills... and I will be starting with green ones--- I have to be very specific that I always get the green ones which apparently are 2 1/2 milligrams of something else ----she must have said 10 times be sure you always have a green pill OK--- and you always have to take it within about an hour every day I will be at 6:00 and 7:00 PM.. So if I do that correctly for the next two days that means that Friday between 11:00am and 11:30 my blood would be the right consistency or whatever for them to run whatever tests they need to run----- In which case they will make any adjustments they need to.... right then and then I would be OK to make it to Monday morning at 9:00 or something.. it is most specific... It's also the kind of thing you don't want to make a mistake on because the pill I'll be taking is warfarin.. this is what is used to kill rats.. so there you are.
the two doctors involved in the cardiology end both admitted there was nothing wrong with my medical condition that would prevent me from driving... which if I have to have my blood test at two or three times a week that may be nice to be able to drive and have it done without having to find a ride every two days.. thankfully I think Medicare covers the whole thing.. I didn't hear some Horror Story about some experimental drug they wanted to use that was like $7000 a month but I didn't hear anymore about that so I may not have been approved for that.
Our 12 inch snowstorm turned out to be less than an eighth of an inch... in most cases you can't really see it at all... but not too far away in Connecticut they had 13 1/2 inches we literally had nothing..... But because of the 12 inch prediction I'm now well stocked with food and I just totally enjoyed a wonderful piece of New York sirloin for breakfast done in the SUVie... To an absolutely perfect medium rare-- so with a quick shift since to the outside it looked like a normal piece of steak and was terrific.
Since I was up at 1:00 AM I put together the maneuver wagon.... on the floor in front of the heater... a perfect workplace--- that means that between Meredith and here I've now done 5 wheelbarrows and two or three of these big wagons they're really hold quite a bit like 6 bales of hay...
Now that I've been given permission to drive by at least the medical community the first thing that happened this morning was Elizabeth took my car so she could take two dogs to run over at Meredith and come back and swap dogs and deliver medication
so we're all organized now I have one fan and the accompanying Mr. To put together this morning compliments of Sam
So we are organized.
FYI--because we send out so many emails in one group ---about 2000. I have to send it out as a business which gets checked for spam and other things constant contact the checks were duplicates and things of that sort... but every once in a while they cancel out somebody by mistake or whatever and yesterday for some reason they weren't sending out anything which is why it was very late.... so sometimes it's not all me although I have to admit if I'm doing anything peculiar after about 4:00 AM... like putting together a wheelbarrow or something... I am inclined to think only of breakfasts and then an after morning nap before I remember the daily doggie....
It's when I sit around in the middle of the night and not do very much then I get strange ideas to write about in the daily doggy... but today my concern is to remember the pills have to be green... ETC
