GETTING OLD DOES ALLOW A CERTAIN FREEDOM NOT FOUND IN ONE'S YOUTH..
AFTER A WEEK OF PLAYING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR I DECIDED TO  CELEBRATE AND GO TO A CAR WASH..  I WENT TO A CAR WASH ONCE BEFORE---  IN 2002 IN PENNA,, SO I KNEW TEH BASICS  BUT I WAS NOT AN EXPERT... ON WASHING CARS... THAT WAY...
i READ TEH SIGN AND COUNTED MY $20 AND PULLED INTO THE HOLE IN THE BUILDING...  THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE BEHIND ME... SO I WAS I "NOT RUSHED"
AS THE ATTENDANT APPROACHED I SLID OPEN THE BACK WINDOW AND SIZZLE AND JIMINEY'S HEADS SUDDENLY APPEARED which startled the guy/the conversation went like this

 what is that?.
. i said  a dog..
holy cow there is 2 of them
i hope there are 4 of them
what do they weigh?
about 600 pounds
are they going to be all right in the car wash?
i dunno, do you want me to take them out?
NO....
 --put it in neutral ..

AT WHICH POINT.....  i was in trouble, i was also on a roll - with no one in line behind me...
it was dark in there and i honestly had no clue  how to "put it in neutral"
so i said asked "how do i put it in neutral.?" ---- it was a normal comment...
but it put him in an immediate "dumb broad" mode

what do you  mean you don't know how to put it in neutral, how long have you owned this car?
five years.
why would you not know how to put it in neutral?
well when i get in this car i want to go forward , backwards or stop in park  why woud i want neutral?
well you need neutral  in a car wash
i this is my first time in a car wash.
obviously
i usually throw soap on it and drive around in the rain.
#$%^&^%$#@$ women...
look sonny, if i pay you another dollar, will you show mw how to put my  car in neutral?
i am afraid of dogs
oh they won't bite you, i already fed them
how do i know that ?
 dogs  D O W N .... and they all did that.
at which point his opinion of me went up... very slightly, but up.
he showed me the  F R N P  in  my dashboard which i never knew was there.

i moved to the  "N" and  went thru  with only jimmy being slightly worried.
i did have a good time.
a cp once sent me a  sign that said      "beware of old ladies with time on their hands"
if i can find it i should send it to that guy.
----
now about BOBBY ORR. perhaps the most famous hockey player   or right up there..  once played for the BOSTON BRUINS
long story...   my friendship with lynn cashman ( a fellow horsewoman)  who's  husband wayne cashman introduced me to the wonderful world of bnruins hockey.. in very many very funny and not so funny stories  from horses to house fires...  sometime later

bobby  is a  nice guy....a true gentleman---  i don't think you will ever hear any negagive comments about him. in my business of provicing animals for commercials , i met him  on several "jobs" and because of my friendship with the cashmans, . he knows me as "mrs. doc"
i know  kathy bailey as a friend of lynns--  her husband -- bruins-- ace bailey was on eh plane that flew into the second building.  kathy  on ocassion parks her dane here, and as  thank you she got bobby orr to sign a few things for us to "use"  for service dogs.
last night at mail call we began to figure out what /how etc.. and maybe holding a  chicken shat specifically for the bobby orr items  as the "prize" would be a thing to do for ?? our virtual dog fest  ?????
for that we should do some  massive prep.
still thinking...
