OK I'm ready--or very nearly... last night after the chicken episode I was so tired that I just didn't have enough umphh in me to go to the computer and look up everybody's name who won... which further got complicated by the fact thank heavens that we did sell out the next board and we also have winners to pull off that board so now that you're confused, these winners come from the hippo birdies board which finished up on 11/22...

and somehow I didn't get pulled together at that point.. mostly because Janine and I were tangled with what name belonged to what bank account and 501C3 charity number... plus what she wanted to give for a a winner and what I had planned so it was very confusing..   so the winners we pulled last night on this deal were the big winner is Deb Burnett from Pennsylvania with runners up Dorothy Parr Medford mass Linda Elliott Florida Lisa Powell Wisconsin and the hay winner was Claire Hawkins and I don't have her address yet..

 

That leaves the board labeled Turkey trotters as yet to receive the chicken deposit Which would pick the winner of that board which was closed on December 1^st..  hopefully that gets us back on our feet so the next board will be a little more organized..

 

 For you detail fanatics----- I also have to explain that in the flurry of having sold out the Turkey trotters and not being prepared to open the next board, I inadvertently opened it with too many little squares--hopefully now fixed to some degree ----the problem there is these boards are calculated in rows of seven so in my haste to get the board open in the first place I made it too big but I found out that I could shrink it before it got sold so I did that.. I think there are about 1000 little squares...   that may be too many also but if it does sell out I will be more than thrilled..  I don't want to push it but want to make sure that we get it covered.. fact still remains if you can afford it wonderful if you can't don't worry about it we need plenty of people to be involved with opinions and things..  and though the money is certainly nice and necessary..  the important part is being included.

 

Let me rephrase that one---the really important part is to convince other people they become included..  by having them read the daily doggy which is sometimes very good and sometimes it's not..   and or listen to mail call. which is also sometimes very good or boring.. you take your chances.

In this wild world of the Internet. numbers are  important.. whether they have a dollar sign next to them or not.

So I have one more board to set up and pick a winner--- out of 704 donors.

so I'm back to the board being 90 inches by 30 inches and how could I manage my two by three piece of wood the outline the little squares when in fact the two by three is actually 1 1/2 by 2 ½------ so have at it guys..

 

I expect to apply carlye's two chickens Monday night mail call...   that'll give me two days make the numbers and fill the squares.

 

Here's another thing for you all to work on --I can't say has any name for what  Judy and I do has rung any bells...   we need some help with the clever department... come up with a name For running around the adult care centers with not only dogs but chickens and chinchillas or anything else we could dream up...  

 

Plus---I think that presentation cart---which is basically made for wedding cakes or something like that.. I think that would be hysterical to carry around carly's chicken.  or anyone individual animal for this crazy show and tell...  keep in mind Judy has a turtle which currently is asleep for the winter..  but that crazy presentation card. would be a perfect way to display a turtle that was sound asleep..  it's a crazy way---but you know,  crazy is definitely necessary in some situations. 

OH !!!! i did a bad thing... don't tell janine.....i just bought the cart ....  janine......I bought it. all by myself---  tho i bet these donors would have approved the fun fund.... not necessary but fun?????
