RIGHT IN FRONT OF A COFFEE SHOP WHERE A WOMAN HAD THAT SKATEBOARD SO I TRIED TO RENT IT FROM HER
SHE DIDN'T WANT TO LET IE OUT OF HER SIGHT SO SHE... AND HER CHILD AND I WENT 34 MILES PER HOUR DOWN ROUTE 1

Looked out at my blooming trees and flowers and realized that it has been one year since Riz and I Walked On. How wonderful that our anniversary date is 3/21, the first day of spring...a day full of promise of new life to come. Riz was truly a “Spring” for me. I had been through so much with my old service dog getting cancer and didn’t have hope, but somehow, between, you, Goldie, and Megan, Riz and I were matched and I unexpectedly left the farm with a new partner this time last year....Spring indeed!
As I look back over the year, I cant believe how much we have grown as a team and how much my life has been enriched by having her in it. She was born and trained to work and her joy in serving radiates out of her. She has learned to live and work in the city and has rode on various forms of transportation (planes, ships, tenders, metros, trains, golf carts, and zodiacs), flown 18 times, been on two cruises, traveled internationally and got three passport stamps, helped me go to my neice’s outdoor wedding, take my grand baby to play in the ocean for the first time, and has given me the ability to live my best life....all because you, Megan, and Goldie took a chance on us! Thank you!
