AUG 3 2019

another night without a lot of slleep-- somebody paniced about a pup going under a pillow- and called..   they had the best of intentions, but there comes a point where i have to do the best we can and hope for hte best..- `  the 6 black pups are hard for cp's  to see- but they were all there..   believe me.. we count alot..
adn sizz's 4 are much easier to keep track of/.
****
i am going to get out of here today--- bentley and i need a bit of fresh air...  maybe a costco run??? -

however-- before that-- i have a littel paperwork to do...
i have our training  data organized so i can find what i need, but..... i am suposed to be concerned with continuity - and with adi coming , i need to clean it up a bit to be a little more user friendly.
basically-- i have one data file which is who is assigned to what dog... who took what dog where and what was their worst problem  that need attention..( no point in keeping track of the best stuff..)

the overnight report of who is where and/or  off property with whom?

then tehr is the breeding info- who is related to whom  or  bred  to XXX  and what the results were and what colors produced what colors  with one eye on white/deaf...

all that is closely related to a master list of  dogs/ bloodlines/ general health and vacinations. who has what dog and why-- from service dog to pet dog to breeding..

of course then the medical/ poo report  cylindars, mounds, flat, and with sound on about 50 dogs...

all that is closely related to the medication   report-- we can not have any outdated- and just discovered 23 vacinations expiriong sept 1 -- which  only the pups will need at 6 weeks- everyone else is up to date.... that means  the pups will not be old enough by the time the vacines will be expired-- and for teh few days involved,, i would go ahead and use  only being over by 14 days,, but in that time... ADI will be inspecitn in that time... so meg took them to vet hosp-- for quick use.-- i ordered 50 more... i did no hear if danvers swapped som other for those...

then pay roll-- we farmed out

the income part    a check from explore, org did arrive ( it is yearly)  plus...you all are doing wonderfull with teh rest of teh payroll-- shating sunday is tomorrow and i thnk we have only 100 bricks to go...
***
pam just sent teh daily volunteer report so we have enough people today.
yesterday-- i never did find out his name, but a great 6'9" tall guy was sent here by a newly related camera person( inlaw?) and he got s couple really tall things done... like dangling ropes...--
betsy-s conner and matt finished the neighbors fence repair

teh PUPPY BREATH MANUFACTURING COMPANY  is in full swing-- why $8  for a vial of puppy breath??  our label says...
"Our puppy breath is lovingly bottled at the service dog project farm in ipswich massachusetts  with the help of our GREAT DANE puppies.
Keep this vial of Puppy Breath handy  to tame stress throughout your day . Suggested places  for the vial of puppy breath -- by your computer , in your car, at home, work or school. take it to your next dental appointment.. It can be sprinkled over a conference table for stress free meetings....  refills are $5

my batteries for my electric drill are both  recharged overnight .

problem is still my personal batteriy is still slightly screwed up  between sleep and food- i am having to check with my 2 day clocks as to the day-- now i need some system to rig what meal i am on.

Dear Carlene,
Please keep speaking up!  Garnet and I run into people everyday that are so amazed and inspired at what she does for me and how well trained she is.  I constantly hear “I didn’t think Danes were suited to be a service dog!” But the truth is evident in every single SDP dog and how well you have trained them.  They are perfect for the jobs they are asked to do.
So please keep up the great work and keep speaking up.  Main stream trainers need to understand and accept the truth.  Great Danes are simply the best for mobility work, I know I would be stuck in a wheelchair if not for this beautiful girl!
Thank you,

Karen and Garnet
