HAD TO SEND THIS EMAIL  AND MY RESPONSE-- IN A EFFORT TO GET MORE DANE SERVICE TRAINING FACILITIES  STARTED.. -   **  FOR FEAR SHE WOULD THINK I WAS JUST THE USUAL NUT.....  I DID NOT DARE TO EXPLAIN HOW GOLDIE MIGHT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR  CONTACTING US ABOUT THOSE PUPS...  BUT THAT WAS NOT FAR FROM MY MIND.... ***** HERE IS HER EMAIL-- WITH NAME WITHHELD TO PROTECT TEH OUTFIT.  I have watched your live cam for many years and I know that you breed Great Danes for training as most service projects do but I have a question related to Great Dane puppies? I am the CEO of the board of a no kill animal control. In an unfortunate incident we seized a number of Great Danes and litters of great Danes as well as multiple other breeds that were being bred without a license. We have a number of great Dane puppies that are six weeks old and I was not sure if you or your organization ever used puppies that were not bred at your facility.   I am the former owner of a great Dane who was the love of my life and I raised him from a three day old pup because of some complications with his mother. He was just like a child to us. I know how special they are and we are working extremely hard to make sure that these great Danes end up in the right place and of course not in the wrong hands. They are just at the point of weaning and the court required that she surrender the puppies in the past few days. The adults are not yet surrendered but they are in our custody. These puppies (and parents) have been in our custody since they were days old.  I am also emailing a number of great Dane rescues but I would love to see the Danes utilized in a project that gives back. WE NEED MORE DANE SERVICE DOG TRAINING FACILITIES-- SO DO NOT BE FRIGHTENED BY THE FINAL GOAL... MY IMMEDIATE ADVICE-- START WITHN THE CANNED FOOD FEEDING NOW !   I USE TEH GROUND UP CANNED BECAUSE OF TEH CONSISTENCY -- IT WILL STAY ON TEH SPOON-- ( A LONG HANDLED ICE TEA SPOON- GIVE ME YOUR ADDRESS I WILL EVEN SEND YOU A COUPLE !!) --- AND HANG ONTO IT  .. TO GET ALL SIX PUPS PAYING ATTENTION TO YOU.. AND DONT-- OR TRY NOT TO --- PICK THEM UP -- BEND OVER AND PAT THEM  OR SIT ONTHE  FLOOR....  AND FEED IN INDIVIDUAL DISHES...   CONTROL THEM WITH THE TAPPING OF THE CAN--- AND GIVE TEHM ALL TEH EXERCISE YOU CAN I WILL EVEN SEND A SUPPLY OF POO PICKERS FOR INSTANT CLEANUP.  IT REALLY IS ONLY ONE DAY AT A TIME. ( EXCEPT FOR THE   IRS and their 501 c 3 bit  but that is a different story.)  to finally answer your question...  i have tried rescues,  with  one out of 7 successful-- and i thnk that was because they were not started OUR  way...  with teh spoon bit... - made true furthere by teh fact that we are having our hands full with penny-- born in germany and imported with her sister paula- both of which lack that  concentration we have in our spoon fed bunch./ to succeed also  you must be able to withstand aLOT OF COMMENTS..... "YOU ARE NUTS"  I HOPE YOU  TAKE ME UP ON THIS OFFER. ********** I WILL NOW GO AND PLAY WITH MY  OTHER MENTAL BLOCKS  ( I.E. THOSE BLOCKS OF GRANITE  ON TEH DONKEY CAM SIDE)
