TONY IS RELATED TO BENTLEY, BUT USING HIM BRINGS IN WALTERS GENES BECAUSE TONY'S MOTHER IS SCARLOTT -- WALTERS SISTER.

It has been exactly 1 month today that Dolly and I have been home together. It's hard to believe it's only been 4 weeks. I don't know how I managed before her. She has become such a part of who I am.
Today is a perfect example of how she has changed my life. Today Dolly and I brought my grandson to school as we usually do. I had the day off of work so Dolly and I decided to get some things done! We went to the bank, post office, town clerks office, grocery store and Wal-Mart. This may not sound like a big deal to most, but I would not have gotten that accomplished, before Dolly. Today was a Very Windy Day, with wind advisories. On days like today in the past I would not even be able to leave the house alone as the force of the wind would blow me off balance. If you have a balance issue, off balance is a very scary place to be. Today with Dolly's help we accomplished it together and I didn't have the fear of being blown like a kite ;)
I can't explain the sense of accomplishment it is for me, to not have to wait for my husband to come home after a hard day of work to have to then, bring me out to do what needs to be done. My husband is wonderful and has never once ever complained about having to do that, but I feel so much better not having to do that. He is so excited for me and my independence.
That is just one day in the last 30 we have been home. We have also attended a very large dinner with about 350-375 people attending. It was very crowded and Dolly preformed exemplary. At that time we had only been home for 1 week together, she was unbelievable. I am so proud of her!!!
She also goes to work with me everyday and she is so smart. She has the routine down so well, sometimes I don't even have to tell her which way to go. She knows its unlock door, lights, table, fridge, open front door, radio... she has gotten where she hardly needs to be told. She just walks it. She cracks me up! I smile to myself all the time.
I know this is a long note but I just want you to know how special she is to me and how thankful I am for her. I can't wait to see what the future brings for us. Thank you so much for all you do. You truly change lives for the better. You, your staff and volunteers are amazing and I thank you!!!

Hello I want to express my gratitude to all those at the farm during this time of the Thanksgiving holiday I know I'm a few days early but I'd rather be early than late I wanted to share with everyone what I'll be saying at my Thanksgiving dinner table this year VOLUNTEERS thank you for your willingness to show up day after day to help prepare meals for humans and the Danes. To clean and help keep things tidy if you hadn't been willing to help and dedicate your time we would be lost. CP'S I want to thank you and let you know how much I appreciate the way you have cared for the Danes whether it's donations of money, treats or fluffy's or even bird houses including your donations for chicken Bricks what you CP'S do is provide me with a companion for life and I thank you for that MEGAN and KATI I would like to compliment you on the excellent job you have done working with the dogs I have appreciated all that you've done for me and my family I thought my life was complete before Sienna but now during the holiday season I see that my life has changed so much Sienna gives me confidence she has made me come out of my shell and talk to people I wouldn't have normally spoken to but they see her pure beauty and want to know all about her and I and what wonderful things that she does for me honestly the whole time I hardly hear what the person is saying to me because I'm standing there right next to her as she leans against my leg and i pet her neck where comforting each other and all I can do is smile and think in my head how much I love her it's so rare nowadays to meet such amazing people like you and I wanted you to know that I came to service dog project as a recipient but now I just extended my family and happy to call you guys that CARLENE Carlene I'm thankful for you putting your dreams into reality all those years ago when you made that decision to start service dog project you are a strong woman and the quality of life and living that you have given back to your recipients is beyond words you set the tone for everyone involved with the Service dog project we all love you DONNA BIBEAU GORZELA My first service dog project friend I would like to say a special thank you to you for letting me ask you questions about you and denim that day at Stop & Shop and then giving me Sdp's business card you opened a door for me that I never even knew was there SIENNA and THE GREAT DANES And last but not least I want to thank Sienna and her four-legged family if it wasn't for all the Danes that work hard every day then there wouldn't be happy recipients like I am Love Mariarose Famiglietti
