Nurse is here---.i am still being “observed” whatever..... And I'm beginning to say dupixent's ads on television so I can't quite figure out what they're observing or why they should cover the $7000 which was the cost of dupixent per month whatever I just keep taking those pills and going on... Keeping the pills shots timings straight is a very significant job and I can see where some people including me could use a caretaker to do the job you have one I did come to two errors in my pills I don't know why but I also don't know why not it's a screwball me it's it's picking up all this **** I don't know where it's getting it from OK let's start againss however when they poke a hole in my third finger and have the little machine read the results I am as of yesterday 2.8 ohh the green bills)warfin—blood thinner) .,

And it is a struggle so the addition of one puppy namely penny puppy is a significant burden on the whole team so therefore I'm not supposed to talk about the two absolutely beautiful puppies that are available ohh in the kennel she has another appointment to go to so you might want to do this wait a minute little bit what she has another appointment to go to after you so no maggie's here for you ohh I didn't say it was here yeah yeah OK we'll we'll shut this thing off for the moment OK stop Slight interruption while the nurse checks my vitals and writes it all down on her computer pad and says I'll see you next week... and also tells me that a specific problem that I'm having can't be seen by a department till mid-december.. which for a while sounded horrible except mid December's coming up thankfully..
as Janine points out as of Thanksgiving nobody gets anything done there are no volunteers available you can't hire anybody until mid January that's just how life is the Thanksgiving Christmas holiday supersedes everything else in the in the country....
This big turmoil of getting me out of the cabin and into the laundry building is going to be a significant upheaval and in preparation I think the first thing I'll tackle later today if I can get to it is an absolutely darling parlor stove it once was painted but I think I will settle for just plain black Ohh oh oh oh off oh oh whoops yeah ohh that's the computers effort ohh and try and figure out what a barking dog should be part of this oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh I quit for the day I hope to get 3 chicken thighs prepared for Suzanne that's my goal If you want anything special uh suzanne = Sous vie.... |
