i bought this green yellow red bloodpressure monitor they have on tv... worth the $39 (plus postage that woulld mail a small elephant) but it is interesting.. all was green and go 117/75 ... until 2am when i decided to look over some calendar details and it went to red 155/85 -- that calendar is to be wrapped up tomorrow-- so that we can have it by dec 1st. i heavily suggest next year the goal is to wrap it up by dogfest.--
i was in petco yesterday- and thy have a bunch already for sale now.. it is terribly hard to be as creative as william's skill deserves... this year-- as in the other 5? everyone will find a couple that will make you chuckle loud and clear.... while being artistic at the same time.
some people are already sending checks for copies.. linda has all that under control-- we need to rethink the postage to europe and canada.. and use some of our "profit per book" to help with postage of $22 per to europe????/ i will look into postages today... if we can get everyone to pay the most common postage, we should have a few extra $$ -- for instance .. if the most common postage is $4.37 if we ask everyone to pay $5 then we should be able to send the european $22 and canadian $15 ones for the same $5. by the numbers it should be fine. any extra money you send would go in the fun fund and hang the accounting.
accounting-- i suppose when you have been in business for 20 yeatrs, things do settle down... maybe... but t the moment if you get really picky about our accounting you would ask questions like " how come one year the office expense was $2,000 and the nesxt $12,000" the simple explination is that in teh 12,000 year, the postage got included in the "office" expense and the other year it was with..calendar/ads-- i know this bit becaues the health insurance got put in the insurance column 2016 and ins total was over $36,000 causing me to say to linda "what the heii are we insuring???" -- i am sure if we asked for too much insurance they would happily sell it to us...
any rate-- our accounting excitement is ... maybe overwith-- i no longer am crawling around the floor of my car looking for every reciept for $12.98 just so the reciepts can match the total. - darn it .. just change the total... the big picture is perfect and % wise $12 will not make a diffeerence over $500,000 .. i will not fear the IRS - they don't want to waste time either.... p.s. i do keep all the recipets i remember on a "yearly nail" that keeps them at least in chronological order -- almost....

we might all need to swing into action to see if rachel would like any of us to help with bella's 8 week "lay up" . for me... maybe helping with her algebra could be a fun challange...... she could call in any of her problems in for a "lets stump carlene" section of mail call. the only reason i offer algebra is she is just starting so i should manage in keeping with her age group.... the problems shouldn't be too hard... but i'm game... besides if i can't solve the problem... there are about 1000 people online who will have something to say ... i am sure of that...
TODAY BELLA WAS HAPPY SHE WAS ABLE TO SLEEP IN A BIT! SHE HAD A DOCTOR APPOINTMENT AT 9 SO WAS ABLE TO SLEEP UNTIL 8! AND SHE ACTUALLY DID! SHE JUST HAD HER REGULAR 13 YEAR CHECK UP. I LOVE BELLA’S DOCTOR THOUGH. HE ALWAYS SETS ASIDE AN HOUR FOR HER. SO WE GOT THERE AT 9 HE CAME IN AT 9:15 WE DIDN’T GET IN THE CAR UNTIL 10:30. HER OLD PEDI WE USED TO FEEL SO RUSHED BUT HE TAKES THE TIME TO GO OVER EVERYTHING. HE HAS UPDATES ON ALL HER DOCTOR APPOINTMENT FROM SPECIALISTS AND GOES OVER THEM TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE! SO HE TALKED TO BELLA ABOUT HER SURGERY, ABOUT HER NEW BETA BLOCKER SHE IS ON AND IF SHE HAS ANY QUESTIONS SHE CAN CALL HIM. HE ALSO OFFERED TO WRITE A NOTE FOR SCHOOL SAYING BELLA WILL BE OUT OF SCHOOL FOR UP TO 8 WEEKS SO THAT THEY CAN GET JUMPING ON THE TUTOR. HE THINKS OF EVERYTHING. BELLA HAS DONE GREAT OVER THE LAST YEAR. SHE IS AMAZINGLY STILL SLOWLY GROWING IN HEIGHT AND WEIGHT WHICH IS AMAZING. SHE DID GET THE FLU SHOT WHICH SHE WASN’T HAPPY ABOUT, BUT SHE WAS HAPPY THEY ASKED IF SHE WAS A LEFTIE OR RIGHTY FIRST SO THEY DIDN’T HURT HER WRITING ARM! SHE IS A PRETTY HEALTHY KID DESPITE EVERYTHING. . MY GIRLS KEEP ME BUSY.
