in my professional opinion... moxie will deliver thursday- she
is extremely comfortable and lying on the sofa snoring... but she has to do
something soon...
meanwhile chaos tribe is up and walking-- they -- and chaos--
are getting to the point where we could ease off on the 24 hr surveillance---
except for the camera..
connors mother sat with her last night-- and i had to re-start
the camera only twice-- so i got some sleep - problem was moxie seemed to think
i should stay with her... so i slept in the chair-- which i can do pretty
well-- that allowed me to observe her casual nesting--- nothing really serious
yet.
having declared that ,,,, she will now have 6 pups by noon ( i
don't really think so)
there is an awful lot going on in this house--- and it is
getting full-- there are things like... the extension cord that could go from
the generator to the big freezer in the cellar-- winds around the kitchen sink
and goes down cellar thru the hole made by last winter's resident rat ..

yesterday 4 of our very competent youngsters fed all the
dogs-- did a fine job-- the fact that an empty soda bottle was on the floor in
the bathroom is incidental..
there is a collection of current projects on nearly ever
square foot of this place
my organized battery collection has been disrupted by a bunch
of paperwork AND THE DRYED ALFALFA
we are nearly to TILT-- today we must take an hour and get
back to some degree of organization.
there is just soooo much going on.
trying to LOCATE A BATTERY ... I DISLODGED 3 BOXES OF STUFF
SOMEONE GAVE ME TO CURE WHATEVER AILS THE DOGS-- I HADN'T USED IT YET--I HAD NOT
EVEN READ THE INGREDIENTS.. WELL I HAVE NOW -- IT IS DEHYDRATED ALFALFA AND
SWEET POTATOES....
I OFTEN WONDER HOW PEOPLE DISCOVER THINGS-- LIKE ASPRIN COMES
FROM THE BARK OF SOME TREE.... WELL---- WHO HAD A HEADACHE SO BAD THAT THEY
STARTED KNAWING ON A TREE.
OR IN THIS CASE WHO DISCOVERED ITF YOU GROUND UP ALFALFA AND
SWEET POTATOES AND PUT IT IN A LITTLE YELLOW BOX... SOMEONE WOULD BUY
IT.
MAYBE THE PERSON WHO WATCHED DOGS EATING MARY

AT ANY RATE I DECIDED TO USE IT SO I COULD GET TO MY
BATTERIES.
THE WHOLE HOUSE IS LIKE THAT --- FULL OF SOONERS AND
LATERS

BECAUSE OF THE STORM-- MEGAN OPENED KENNEL 9 TO THE PUPS-- I
REALLY SHOULD GO DOWN AND SEE IF WE COULD ARRAINGE IT SO THEY COULD HAVE THAT
4X8 RAISED AREA AS SLEEPING ROOM AND STILL HAVE CAMERA ACCESS TO
IT.
THIS EXPLORE.ORG HAS CERTAINLY WIDENED OUR HORRIZONS-- AND
DONOR FIELD-- BUT IT IS NOT WITHOUT EFFORT.. I AM TRYING NOT TO WEAR OUT OUR
VOLUNTEERS AND HOPE TO GET SOME AGREEMENT WITH EXPLORE ABOUT DEALING WITH THE
EXTRA EFFORT THE CAMERAS INVOLVE.. LIKE MY SLEEP.
AT LEAST I AM NOT GOING TO LOOSE SLEEP OVER THE OIL BILL FOR
NOVEMBER--- THE "CAMERA PEOPLE" HAVE CHIPPED IN VERY NICELY AND WE CAN APPORACH
WINTER WITH FULL TANKS.. I CAN SEE THE POSSIBILITIES -- SO WE WILL CERTAINLY
HANG IN THERE.
IT IS THE DRYED ALFALFA CONCEPT WE MUST ADDRESS
TODAY.
JUST THE CONTENTS OF MY DESK COULD TAKE ABOUT 2 HOURS TO
RESOLVE.
